How to connect the Crestron UC-P10-T-HS phone to the network?

Connect an Ethernet cable from the phone to a network switch supporting PoE (Power over Ethernet) per IEEE 802.3af standard. The phone is powered and connected via the same cable.

Can I use an external power supply instead of PoE?

The phone is designed to work with PoE. If your network does not support PoE, you can use a PoE injector compliant with IEEE 802.3af.

How to clean the touch screen and casing?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened (clean water). Never use abrasive cleaning products, solvents, or sprays. Disconnect the device before cleaning.

Is the phone compatible with Microsoft Teams or Zoom?

Yes, the Crestron UC-P10-T-HS is certified for use with major video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Check for software updates on Crestron's website.

How to adjust the handset or speaker volume?

Use the volume buttons located on the side of the device or on the touch interface. During a call, press the +/- button to adjust the volume.

How to reset the phone to factory settings?
