How to connect the phone to the network?

Connect the Ethernet cable to the phone's PoE port and to your network switch. The phone powers on and configures automatically via DHCP.

How to make a call?

Use the touch screen to dial the number or select a contact from the directory. Press the call icon or the handset.

Can I use the speakerphone?

Yes, press the Speakerphone button or the corresponding icon on the screen to activate hands-free mode.

How to adjust the volume?

Use the volume keys on the side of the phone or via the touch interface during a call.

The phone does not power on, what to do?

Check that the Ethernet cable is properly connected and that the switch provides PoE. Try a power adapter if available.

How to clean the touch screen?

Turn off the phone and gently wipe the screen with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any chemicals.

Where to find the serial number?

The serial number is on the label on the back or under the base of the phone.

Can I use Bluetooth?

If your model is equipped with Bluetooth, enable it in settings to connect a headset or mobile phone.

How to reset the phone?

Hold the reset button (often a pinhole with a paperclip) for 10 seconds until it restarts. All settings will be lost.

What to do if the screen becomes unresponsive?

Unplug the Ethernet cable for 30 seconds then plug it back in. If the problem persists, contact technical support.
