How to connect the oven to the SmartThings app?

During first startup, the screen displays a QR code. Scan it with your smartphone and follow the instructions. You can also go to Settings > Connections > Easy Connection to establish the Wi-Fi link.

What to do if the oven displays error code C-d1?

The C-d1 code indicates a door lock malfunction. Turn off the oven and restart it. If the problem persists, cut off power for 30 seconds then restore. Contact a Samsung service center if necessary.

How to use the Air Fry mode?

Place the divider, put the food on the wire shelf with the Air Fry basket at level 4. Select Air Fry mode, set the temperature (150-250 °C) and time. No preheating is necessary. For best results, turn the food halfway through cooking.

How to clean the oven with the steam function?

Make sure the oven is cold. Fill the water tank. In the Cleaning menu, select Steam cleaning. Follow the on-screen instructions. Do not open the door during the cycle. Afterwards, wipe the interior with a cloth.

The oven does not heat up, what to check?

Check that the door is properly closed (the oven stops if the door is open). Check the cooking settings. Make sure the circuit breaker has not tripped. If the problem persists, contact a technician.

How to replace the oven bulb?

Unplug the oven. Turn the glass cover counterclockwise to remove it. Replace the bulb with a 25-40 W / 220-240 V one resistant to 300 °C. Use a dry cloth to handle the halogen bulb.

What accessories are included with the oven?

Depending on the model, the oven may include: wire shelf, baking tray, universal tray, deep tray, Air Fry basket, temperature probe, steam container (glass lid, pot, steam tray, nozzle), divider plate, telescopic rails. Check the list in the manual.

How to start a descaling cycle?

The oven alerts you when descaling is needed. Go to Cleaning > Descaling. Follow the instructions: use a suitable descaling agent, fill the water tank. The cycle lasts about 30 minutes. Afterwards, rinse the tank.

The oven emits smoke during first use, is this normal?

Yes, it's normal. Manufacturing residues burn off. Heat the empty oven in Convection mode at 200 °C for one hour, then clean the interior. Make sure to ventilate the kitchen well.

How to set the water hardness?

In Settings > Water hardness, choose between Soft (up to 120 ppm), Medium (120-240 ppm), Medium-Hard (240-350 ppm) or Hard (above 350 ppm). This optimizes the steam function and descaling.
