Frequently Asked Questions - Bolt WSB38X2 Waring Commercial

How to charge the battery of the Waring Bolt WSB38X2 blender?
Place the battery pack on the quick charge station. The green light flashes during charging and stays solid when charging is complete. Initial charging time is 1.5 to 2 hours. Keep the battery away from moisture and at a temperature below 26°C.
How to use the blender for the first time?
Wipe the motor unit and battery pack with a damp cloth. Rinse the stainless steel blending shaft under tap water and dry it. Charge the battery for 1.5 to 2 hours before first use. Attach the blending shaft to the motor unit by turning clockwise, then connect the battery pack.
How to clean the blending shaft?
Remove the battery pack and blending shaft from the motor unit. The stainless steel blending shaft is dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use a non-foaming detergent solution, rinse with warm water, then disinfect with a bleach solution (10 ml per gallon of water). Run the shaft in the solution at high speed for 2 minutes for cleaning, then at low speed for disinfection. Do not rinse after disinfection; air dry.
What to do if food gets stuck between the blade and the blade guard?
Release the on/off button. Remove the battery pack from the motor unit. Unscrew the blending shaft. Carefully dislodge stuck food using a plastic spatula. Never use your fingers as the blades are very sharp. Reassemble the unit before continuing.
What are the available speeds?
The blender has 5 speeds: speed 1 (5000 RPM), speed 2 (7000 RPM), speed 3 (7000 RPM), speed 4 (11500 RPM), and speed 5 (13000 RPM). The default speed is the last one used.
How to check the battery charge level?
Connect the battery pack to the motor unit. Press the safety button for about 6 seconds. The speed indicators light up red: all on = full charge, only one = low charge. You can also refer to the indicator on the charging station.
What to do if all indicators flash during use?
This indicates overheating. Immediately stop using, remove the battery pack, and let it cool for about 90 seconds. The unit is protected against overheating to prevent permanent damage.
Can I use non-Waring accessories with this appliance?
No, using accessories not recommended or sold by Waring may present a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury. Use only parts supplied or approved by Waring.
How to store the appliance?
After use, remove the battery pack from the appliance. Clean and dry the blending shaft. Store the entire set in the provided storage/carrying case. Keep the battery away from moisture and in a place with temperature below 26°C.
Where can I get replacement parts or repair?
In the USA or Canada, contact the Waring Service Center at 314 Ella T. Grasso Ave., Torrington, CT 06790, or visit an authorized repair center. Spare parts for out-of-warranty repairs are also available at this address.

- Speeds:

Speed 1: Low speed, 5K RPM

Speed 2: 7K RPM

Speed 3: 8.5K RPM

Speed 4: 11.5K RPM

Speed 5: High speed, 13K RPM
