Correct maintenance and operation of this machine will provide the best possible performance from your BUFFALO product. • BUFFALO Quartz Grill

1. Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.2. Slide the grill rack into the appliance.

4. Set the Timer switch to the deisred cooking time. The appliance powers up straight away.

5. When the set time has expired the timer sounds an audible alarm and the grill(s) turn Off.

4. Set the power level with the Power Level switch

Set the Timer switch to the desired cooking time. The appliance powers up straight away. Note: The GF453 only grills at FULL power and is controlled by the Timer switch. Note: The Timer switch overrides the Power Level switch. Ensure the Timer switch is at ‘0’ when grilling by power level.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

• Always turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.

• Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.

• Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the appliance.

• Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L

• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
