What is the maximum power delivered by the QC port?

The USB-A QC port can deliver up to 18 W (depending on the negotiated voltage and current: 3.6-12 V/1.5-3 A). The actual power depends on your device's compatibility.

Can I charge multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, you can use the three standard USB-A ports and the QC port simultaneously. However, the total power of the standard USB-A ports is limited to 15 W (5V/3A), and the total power of all ports combined is limited to 33 W.

Is the charger compatible with a mains voltage of 230 V?

Yes, the charger accepts an input voltage of 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz. It can therefore be used worldwide, possibly with a plug adapter if necessary.

How do I know if my device is in fast charging?

If your device supports Quick Charge, it will typically display a fast charging indicator (icon or message). The charger automatically negotiates the optimal voltage and current thanks to the Plug & Play QC function.

What to do if the charger heats up abnormally?
