How to assemble the multi-purpose brush?

Depending on your model, detach the spray wand from the gun, align the brush with the intermediate wand (or gun) and push while twisting until locked. For SPX3000/4000 models, use the supplied transfer connector.

What adapters are included with the SPXACSMAX?

The kit includes five adapters for common pressure washer brands: AR Blue Clean, Karcher, Nilfisk, Anlu, Ryobi/Greenworks, as well as an M22 fitting and a metal gun transfer connector.

How to use the turbo nozzle?

The turbo nozzle must be used with the 51 cm extension for safety. Attach the extension to the gun (or intermediate wand), then insert the turbo nozzle by aligning and twisting until locked.

What is the warranty period?

The limited warranty of Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® covers defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase for ordinary residential and household use.

Can I use the device with hot water?

No, the pressure washer is designed for cold water only. Using hot water can damage the unit.

Where to find replacement parts?

Wear parts (belts, chains, etc.) and other accessories can be ordered online at snowjoe.com or by calling customer service at 1-866-SNOWJOE.

How to lock the trigger?

On models equipped with a lock, once the trigger is released, push the safety lock on the handle to block the trigger. To unlock, pull the lock in the opposite direction.

What safety precautions should I take?

Always wear safety goggles. Never point the spray at people, animals, electrical devices, or the cleaner itself. Before changing accessories, stop the machine, release pressure by pressing the trigger, and lock the safety.

Is this kit compatible with a Karcher pressure washer?

Yes, the kit contains a specific adapter for Karcher pressure washers (max pressure 2320 PSI). Connect the Snow Joe accessory to your Karcher washer using this adapter.

How to effectively clean rims with the brush?

Assemble the wheel and rim brush as shown in the guide. Apply detergent if necessary, then brush the rims with the high-pressure spray. Rinse thoroughly.

1. Disconnect your spray wand assembly so that only the middle wand remains attached to your trigger gun.
2. Take the utility brush and align the with the middle wand.
3. Once aligned, push the utility brush into the middle wand and twist to lock into place (follow the arrow in the image).

Snow Joe warrants new, genuine, powered and non-powered Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship when used for ordinary household use for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original, end-user purchaser when purchased from Snow Joe or from one of Snow Joe's authorized sellers with proof of purchase. Because Snow Joe is unable to control the quality of its Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this Warranty does not cover Products purchased from unauthorized sellers. If your Product does not work or there's an issue with a specific part that is covered by the terms of this Warranty, Snow Joe will elect to either (1) send you a free replacement part, (2) replace the Product with a new or comparable product at no charge, or (3) repair the Product. WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This Warranty does not apply if the Product has been used commercially or for non-household or rental applications. This Warranty also does not apply if the Product was purchased from an unauthorized seller. This Warranty also does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.
