Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.

In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.

  1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

  2. Children shall not play with the appliance.

  3. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

  4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  5. Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.

  6. Before inserting the plug into the mains socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.

  7. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning.

BEFORE USE

  1. Pull the appliance out from the carton and place it on a solid heat-resistant horizontal surface.
  2. Check if the accessories are complete including: one remote control, two ice packs.

HOW TO USE

  1. Turn the water tank lock to the horizontal position. Pull out the water tank and add water into the water tank. If you need the air sent out much cooler, put the ice pack(s) (add water into the ice pack and frozen first; do not exceed the MAX line on the ice pack when adding water into it) into the water. Make sure the water level is between the MIN and MAX line marked on the water tank.

Water

  1. Plug the appliance into the appropriate power outlet. A beep sound sent out indicates the power is connected.
  2. Turn on the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button. The logo “✗” is also displayed to indicate the appliance is sending out air flow. To turn the appliance off, just press the ON/OFF button again.
  3. Choose and set below functions as you want.

• Air flow speed selection:

Press the speed selection button to choose air flow speed, the corresponding speed level logo will be

shown on the screen: LOW (logo "λ") → MEDIUM (logo "λ") → HIGH (logo "λ") → LOW (logo "λ)... in turn.

- Swing function and air flow direction:

Press swing button to make the air outlet louver rotates; press it again to cancel the swing function, and the air flow is fixed at a specific direction. The logo “√” is shown on the screen when the swing function is on.

- Cooling:

Press the cooling button to start the cooling function. The logo “❄️” will be shown on the screen. Press again the button to cancel the function. This function is only effective when the water tank has enough water. To make the air cooler, put the frozen ice pack(s) into the water tank. Do not activate this function when the water in the water tank is below the “MIN” level; add enough water into the water tank first.

- Mode selection:

Press the wind mode selection button to choose the running mode from Sleeping mode → Natural mode → Normal mode → ... (Repeating).

1) Normal mode: under this mode, the motor works with the preset speed, and the logo “✗” is displayed. You can press the speed button to choose speed Low /Medium /High.
2) Natural mode: under this mode, the logo “ ^TM ” is displayed. The appliance runs according to the natural mode program. It is generating softer and more comfortable air flow, you will feel like the wind from the nature. You can press the speed button to choose Low /Medium /High natural wind.
3) Sleeping mode: under this mode, the logo "C" is displayed. The appliance runs according to the sleeping mode program. Air flow will weaken with the decrease of body temperature when you fall asleep, which will protect you from catching cold. You can press the speed button to choose Low/Medium/High sleeping wind.

- Timer Setting:

Press timer setting button to choose your desired working time “0.5 h → 1 h → 1.5 h → 2 h → 2.5 h → 3 h → 3.5 h → 4 h → 4.5 h → 5 h → 5.5 h → 6 h → 6.5 h → 7 h → 7.5 h → no timer → 0.5 h ... (“h” stands for “hour”)”. The corresponding LED lights will be on. When the selected time has passed, the appliance will be turned off automatically.

NOTES:

  1. It is recommended to change water and clean water tank frequently.
  2. Activating the cooling function with insufficient water may cause malfunction of the water pump.
  3. Do not take out the water tank immediately after the appliance is just turned off. Wait several minutes to avoid the water dripping out from the cooling pad.

REMOTE CONTROL

This unit has a remote control. One piece of CR2025 battery will be provided with the remote control. Before starting to use the remote control, remove the plastic protection from the battery. If you want to change the battery, please refer to the instruction behind the remote control. If it is not in use for a long time, please take the battery out of the remote control. Keep button cell batteries out of reach of small children.

The functions of the remote control buttons are the same as the functions of the buttons on the control panel.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.

Make sure there is no water on the control panel.

- Clean the dust filter and cooling pad

  1. Unplug the appliance.
  2. Pull off the dust filter.

  3. Take off the cooling pad from the dust filter.

  4. Rinse the dust filter and cooling pad under water to wash away the dust.

  5. Put back the cooling pad and dust filter in place after cleaning. If you will not use the appliance immediately after cleaning, please dry them before putting back.

Note: After long time operation, the cooling pad becomes clogged with dust and dirt, which will greatly affect the performance of the appliance. It is recommended to clean the cooling pad frequently.

- Clean the water tank

  1. Unplug the appliance.
  2. Pull out the water tank.
  3. Clean the water tank with a soft cloth and a little mild detergent, then rinse it in water.
  4. Put back the water tank in place after cleaning.

Note: After some time of operation, the water tank may have dust and dirt. It is recommended to change water and clean the water tank frequently.

- Clean the main body

  1. Unplug the appliance.
  2. For slight dirt, wipe it off with a soft damp cloth. For greasy dirt, squeeze a little mild detergent on a soft damp cloth, then wipe the dirt off.
  3. Let the main body dry completely before next use.
