What is the maximum weight that the Phil & Teds Go stroller can carry?

In single mode, the child must not exceed 15 kg. In inline (double) mode, the front can go up to 15 kg and the rear up to 13 kg. Each basket supports a maximum of 5 kg.

Is this stroller suitable for newborns?

Yes, because the seat can be reclined to a flat position. It is recommended to use the most reclined position for newborns.

Can I use the stroller for jogging or rollerblading?

No, this product is not suitable for jogging or rollerblading, as indicated in the warnings.

How to clean the stroller?

The chassis can be cleaned with a soft cloth and non-abrasive product. Fabrics should be cleaned with a damp sponge using warm water and mild soap. Do not use detergents or bleach.

What is the warranty of the Phil & Teds Go stroller?

The warranty is 1 year against material and manufacturing defects. By registering the product online within 30 days, you get an additional year. You can also purchase an extended warranty.

How to register my stroller for warranty?

Go to philandteds.com/register and follow the instructions to register your product within 30 days of purchase.

Can I use non-official spare parts?

No, you must only use spare parts or accessories approved by the manufacturer. Use of unapproved parts may affect safety.

How to safely fold and unfold the stroller?

Keep children away when folding and unfolding to avoid injury. Ensure all locking devices are engaged before use.

Is the stroller stable with a child seated?

Yes, provided you do not exceed the recommended maximum loads and do not attach heavy objects to the handlebar. Always use the wrist strap.

Can I use a car seat with this stroller?

Yes, with a compatible car seat and appropriate adapters (not included). However, this configuration does not replace a cradle or bed for sleeping.

• Brush dirt (or cracker crumbs) off the frame & wheels regularly.
• Clean frame with non-abrasive household cleaner & a soft cloth. always dry frame if wet.
• go™ fabric can be sponge cleaned with warm water, using mild natural soap. do not use detergents or bleach on go™.
• Improper care will void any warranties. do not use go™ if deterioration is detected or suspected.
• Do not use go™ on stairs or escalators.
  • Always use the handle tether strap.

• Excessive wear can reduce effectiveness & safety. parts may need lubrication. inspect essential components for:

• fraying – especially webbing straps & safety harness.

• wear – locks, snap fasteners, tyres, plastic & moving parts.
• safety – locks must not be loose.

EVA tyres

• Tyres are not under warranty.
• go™ uses EVA tyres on the front & rear – these are immune from punctures & eliminate the need for tube replacements.
• With use, tyres can show signs of wear. This is normal.

• When you register your product online within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a 2 year warranty free of charge.

or replacement parts that are not approved by the manufacturer or distributor should not be used. • Any load attached to the handle and / or back of the backrest and / or the sides of the stroller will affect stability of the stroller. • Always use the restraint system. • Check that the seat unit attachment devices are correctly engaged before use. • This product is not suitable for running or skating. • Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use. • The parking device shall be engaged during the loading and unloading of children. • No additional mattress shall be added unless recommended by the manufacturer • To avoid injury ensure that the child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product. • Do not let the child play with this product. • A car seat used on a stroller does not replace a cot or a bed. Should your child need to sleep, place it in a suitable pram body, cot or bed.

- Never leave child unattended in the stroller. • Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use safety harness. • Child may slip into leg openings and strangle. Never use in reclined carriage position unless child is securely restrained. • Do not recline the seat past the green mark on recline strap. • To prevent the stroller from becoming unstable, do not place parcels or accessory items anywhere except in the storage basket and pockets provided. Do not hang items such as shopping bags from the frame. • Excessive weight may cause a hazardous unstable condition to exist. • This seat is not suitable for children under 6 months old.

• Always apply the brakes whenever the stroller is stationary. Do not leave children unattended. • Secure the child in the harness at all times. • Do not carry extra children or bags on this stroller. • Make sure children are clear of any moving parts if you adjust the stroller, otherwise they may be injured. • Use the harness at all times. • When not in use never leave the harness buckled as harness can form loops which may pose a strangulation hazard. • It is unsafe to use accessories

other than those approved by the vehicles manufacturer.
- Care should be taken if the stroller is used on stairs
or escalators. • The stroller should not be used near an
open fire or exposed flame. • Use the tether strap to stop the
stroller rolling away. • The stroller is designed for use on flat
or gently sloping surfaces and maybe unstable on higher
sloping and uneven surfaces, resulting in the possibility
of the stroller tipping over. • Due care should be exercised
when folding or unfolding the stroller, as there is potential
for fingers or body parts to be injured. • The stroller
should only be carried or lifted when it is properly folded.
Do not carry or lift the stroller by the wheels or the harness
- position your hands at the centre of the side frame.
- When folding the stroller, please check visually that the
automatic frame lock is engaged. • When using in lie-flat
mode, ensure the backflap is attached.
