1. Open the battery compartment by pushing down

2. Insert two 1,5V AAA batteries, take care that their

position is shown in the compartment.

3. Close the battery compartment

Usage of the analyzer Preperation

1. Press the on/o switch once, the display will light up

and you will hear a signaltone2. The display will show the warm up symbol and a countdown will count backwards from 10 to 0, the tester is in preparation mode Note At the rst time usage or after a longer period of not using it there might be gas and air pollution on the ana- lyzer. In this case it will need multiple preparation phase, please switch the on/o switch multiple times. Usage

1. The display will show the blow symbol and a

countdown will count backwards from 10 to 0, the tester is ready.

2. Put your mouth close to the breath intake and

blow in it for 3-5 seconds.

1. The test result will be shown for around 15 seconds,

then the o symbol will be shown for 2-3 seconds and the tester will switch o.

2. When not blowing in the breath intake the display will

show 0.0 as result. Note To reach an accurate result we suggest to take the test at least two times.Display Battery low If the L symbol is blinking when switching on the batteries are getting low, please exchange them. Exchange them at least when the unit can not be powered on or enter the preparation mode. Handstrap Mount the included hand strap according to the follo- wing picture Speications

• When after drinking, it is recommended to last after 20minutes, it is because 20 minutes is approximately for alcohol to be absorbed into blood from the digestive organs, and residual alcohol remai- ning in the mouth takes this long to dissipate.

• For accurate result, do not repeat next testing within 3 minutes after last time.

• Do not smoke and eat for 20 minutes prior testing.

• Do not use chemicals such as benzene, thinner or petrol to clean the tester directly.

• Do not blowing liquid into the breath pipe.

• Do not use any excitant substances near the tester, such as pains, insecticides, alcohols.

• Do not place the tester in the closed environment with contami- nated air.

• Modifying or tampering with the unit‘s internal components may cause a malfunction.

• The unit is designed to be used as an aid to promote reasonable driving. It should not be used in anticipation of the use or operation of vehicles, machinery, or equipment. The unit makes no referen- ces whatsoever to blood alcohol content or other such measures of intoxication promulgated by government, medical or other agen- cies or bodies.
