How do I pair the SPKBT19 speaker with my phone?

Turn on the speaker by pressing the Power button until the indicator flashes. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select 'SPKBT19' from the list of available devices. The indicator becomes solid once connected.

What is the battery life?

The battery life is approximately 6 hours at moderate volume. Charging time is about 2 hours via the USB-C port.

How do I charge the speaker?

Use the included USB-C cable and plug it into a power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The red indicator shows charging; it turns off when charging is complete.

Is the speaker waterproof?

Yes, it has an IPX5 rating, making it splash-resistant. Do not submerge it.

Can I use a microSD card?

Yes, insert a microSD card (not included) into the dedicated slot. The speaker will automatically play MP3/WMA audio files.

How do I adjust the volume?

Use the + and - buttons on the speaker to increase or decrease volume. You can also adjust the volume from your connected device.

What to do if the sound is distorted?

Check that the volume is not at maximum on both devices. Slightly reduce the speaker volume. Ensure the Bluetooth connection is stable (no obstacles).

How to use the hands-free function?

During an incoming call, press the Play/Pause button to answer. Press again to hang up. The built-in microphone allows you to speak.

Can I connect two speakers in stereo mode?

This model does not support stereo pairing of two speakers. For stereo sound, use the auxiliary connection with a 3.5mm cable.

How to reset the speaker?

Press and hold the Power and Volume + buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly. The device will turn off; turn it back on to complete the reset.

(ENG) WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The receipt must clearly list the date of purchase and the part number, in addition it should be printed. Keep the receipt for the entire warranty period since it is required for all warranty claims. During the warranty period the defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's expense. Work carried out under the warranty neither extends the warranty period nor starts a new warranty period. The manufacturer reserves the right to void any warranty claim for damages or defects due to misuse, abuse or external impact (falling down, impact, ingress of water, dust, contamination or break). Wearing parts (e.g. rechargeable batteries) are excluded from the warranty. Upon receipt of the RMA goods, Gembird Europe B.V. reserves the right to choose between replacement of defective goods or issuing a credit note. The credit note amount will always be calculated on the basis of the current market value of the defective products.
