How to test the GFCI breaker before use?
Plug in the spa, press the Test button on the GFCI: the indicator should turn off and the spa should stop. Then press Reset: the indicator should turn red again and the spa is ready. If the test fails, do not use the spa and contact customer service.
What to do if error code E03 appears?
Error code E03 indicates that the water temperature is below 4°C. Move the spa to a warmer room or wait until the water reaches at least 6°C before restarting the heater. If the problem persists, the thermometer may be faulty.
How to set the energy saving timer?
Press the timer button. Set the heating duration (1 to 999 h) then the delay before activation (0 to 999 h). Confirm by pressing the button again. The countdown starts and the heater will activate automatically.
How often should the spa water be changed?
Without chemical treatment, change the water every 3 days. With proper treatment (chlorine or bromine), you can space out changes. Use tap water and regularly check pH and free chlorine.
How to winterize the spa?
If the temperature drops below 6°C, leave the heater on permanently: the Freeze Shield™ system maintains water between 6°C and 10°C. If you are away for a long time, empty the spa and store it dry above 15°C.
Why does the massage system stop on its own?
The massage has an automatic shut-off after 30 minutes of operation to prevent overheating. Simply press the massage system button to reactivate it. If the problem persists, the air pump may have overheated: unplug and wait 2 hours.
How to clean the filter cartridge?
Remove the cartridge from the filtration kit and rinse it with clean water. If it is very dirty or discolored, replace it. We recommend daily cleaning and replacement every week.
What chemicals to use for water maintenance?
Use chlorine or bromine tablets (not granules) placed in the chemical dispenser provided. Never add product directly to the water. Maintain pH between 7.4 and 7.6 and free chlorine between 2 and 4 ppm.
How to repair a tear or hole in the spa?
For standard PVC, use the included adhesive patch: clean the area, apply the patch and wait 30 seconds before inflating. For TriTech PVC, use the PVC patch and glue (not included): clean, cut the patch, apply glue, wait 30 seconds, then press firmly for 2 minutes.
What is the maximum recommended water temperature?
The temperature must not exceed 40°C (104°F). A temperature between 38°C and 40°C is safe for a healthy adult. Pregnant women and young children should limit to 38°C.
