How to turn the Arctis 7+ Wireless headset on and off?

To turn on, press the power button for 1 second. To turn off, hold it for 3 seconds. A sound confirms the action.

How to recharge the headset battery?

Connect the provided USB-C cable to the headset's charging port and to a USB power source. The LED indicator on the power button changes color according to the charge level.

What does the LED color on the power button mean?

Green = 100-50% battery, Yellow = 49-20%, Red = 19-10%, Flashing red = 9-1%.

How to pair the headset with the dongle if needed?

The headset is pre-paired. To re-pair, connect the dongle to a PC with SteelSeries GG installed, connect the headset via USB-C to the same PC, then start pairing in Engine.

How to use the microphone?

The ClearCast 3 microphone is retractable. Position it near the corner of your mouth, flat side facing you. Use the mute button to cut the mic.

How to adjust the headband?

The headband is equipped with Velcro straps on the sides. Tighten or loosen them to achieve the desired fit.

How does the ChatMix dial work?

After installing SteelSeries GG, the ChatMix dial allows adjusting the balance between game audio and voice chat.

What accessories are included in the box?

POWER ON/OFF

To power on the headset, press and hold the Power Button 0 for 1 second. You will hear a tone, and the Power Button 0 will illuminate.

To power off the headset, press and hold the Power Button for at least 3 seconds.

PAIRING

Note: The headset is already paired with the Dongle out of the box. To re-pair the Dongle

1 Connect the USB-C Wireless Dongle to a Windows PC with SteelSeries GG installed.

2 Use the USB-C Charging Cable to connect the headset to the same PC.

3 Use Engine from SteelSeries GG software to initiate the pairing.
4 Engine will show when pairing is completed.
