How to perform the initial TV setup?
Plug in the TV, turn on the mains switch, then press POWER on the remote. Follow the on-screen steps: language selection, Wi-Fi or LAN connection, country selection and TV mode (default Satellite). The pre-installed channel list (Astra) is loaded automatically.
What to do if the TV does not turn on?
Check that the power cord is properly connected to the TV and the outlet. Make sure the mains switch at the back is in the ON position. If nothing happens, unplug the power, wait 1 minute and plug it back in.
Why is there no picture?
Check that the antenna cable is properly connected and the correct input source is selected (press INPUT). Also check the contrast and brightness settings in the Picture menu.
How to fix no sound?
Make sure the volume is not at minimum and the MUTE function is not activated. Check that the speakers are not disabled in the Sound settings. If using an external audio output, confirm the connection.
The remote control does not work. What to do?
Replace the batteries. Point the remote toward the TV's infrared sensor (max range 5 meters, angle 30°). Avoid strong light sources near the sensor.
How to access Smart TV applications?
Press the SMART button on the remote. The Smart menu appears. Navigate with the arrows to open applications like Google Play Store, Chrome or the media player. An Internet connection is required.
Cannot install new apps, what to do?
The TV's internal memory (8 GB flash) may be full. Delete unused apps via Settings > Apps to free up space.
How to improve picture quality?
Check the selected input source and signal quality. In the Picture menu, adjust the preset modes (Standard, Movie, Vivid) or manually set brightness, contrast, color and sharpness. Enable Noise Reduction if necessary.
The image is too large or distorted, how to correct?
Use the PICTURE or ASPECT button on the remote (depending on model) to change the format: Auto, 16:9, 4:3, Zoom1 or Zoom2.
How to use a CI+ module for pay TV?
Carefully insert the smartcard into the CI+ module (gold chip facing up). Insert the module into the slot at the back of the TV. The module should click in with slight resistance. Channel search must be performed before insertion.
