How to replace the projector lamp?
Lamp replacement should be performed by a qualified technician or according to the manual instructions. Ensure the projector is turned off and unplugged for at least 30 minutes to cool down. Open the lamp compartment, remove the old lamp, and insert the new one following the instructions. Do not touch the lamp directly to avoid burns.
How to clean the air filter?
Turn off and unplug the projector. Remove the air filter located under the device. Clean it with a vacuum cleaner or with warm soapy water, then dry it completely before reinstalling. Reset the filter counter in the Extended > Filter Counter menu.
How to adjust keystone correction?
Press the KEYSTONE button on the remote control. Use the directional arrows to adjust vertical and horizontal distortion. You can also access angle correction and curved correction via the Display > Keystone menu.
How to use the Memory Viewer function?
Insert a USB flash drive or external hard drive into the USB-A port. Press INPUT and select Memory Viewer. Use the arrows to browse files. You can also set up a slideshow in the Memory Viewer menu.
What are the available image modes?
The image modes are: Dynamic (for bright rooms), Standard (natural colors), Cinema (enhanced grayscale), Blackboard (Green) (for green boards), Colourboard (for colored walls), and User Image (custom).
How to connect a PC to the projector?
Use a VGA cable to connect the COMPUTER IN port of the projector to the VGA output of the PC. You can also use an HDMI cable for digital connection. Then select the corresponding input source (VGA or HDMI) using the INPUT button.
How to use the remote control?
Insert two AAA batteries into the remote control, respecting polarity. Point the remote towards the front or rear infrared receiver of the projector. The effective range is about 6 to 8 meters with an angle of ±30°. Use the buttons to navigate menus, adjust volume, freeze image, etc.
How to set a security PIN password?
Access the Extended > Security menu. Enable PIN code protection. Enter a 3-digit code using the arrows. Confirm the code. From then on, each time the projector is turned on, it will ask for this code to operate. Keep this code in a safe place.
What to do if the projected image is blurry or unstable?
First check the focus by turning the focus ring. If the image flickers, use the PC Auto Adjustment function (AUTO key). You can also manually adjust Fine Sync and H/V Position in the Display menu.
How to properly turn off the projector?
Press the POWER button once. The message 'Power Off?' appears. Press POWER again within 4 seconds. The fan continues to run to cool the lamp. Wait until the POWER indicator turns solid red before unplugging the power cord. Do not unplug while the fan is running.
