How to turn on and connect the earbuds to my phone?

Take the earbuds out of the case, they turn on automatically and enter pairing mode. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select JBL ENDURANCE PEAK 3 from the list of devices.

What is the battery life of the earbuds?

Music playback time can reach 10 hours with Bluetooth active, and up to 5.5 hours for talk time. The charging case provides additional charge.

How to charge the earbuds and the case?

Place the earbuds in the case to charge automatically. Connect the case to a power source via a USB cable (5V, 1A). Full charging time is approximately 2 hours.

How to use Ambient Aware mode?

Ambient Aware mode lets you hear surrounding sounds while listening to music. Activate this feature via the JBL Headphones app or by holding a button on the earbud (depending on configuration). Available only on Android.

How to activate TalkThru?

TalkThru lowers the music volume and amplifies voices for a quick conversation without removing the earbuds. Activate it via the app or a dedicated button on the earbud.

How to switch to mono mode with a single earbud?

Mono mode allows you to use a single earbud. To activate, place the other earbud in the case. Controls and voice assistant remain available.

How to reset the earbuds to factory settings?

To reset, place the earbuds in the case, then press and hold the buttons on both earbuds for about 10 seconds until the LEDs flash. Refer to the user manual for more details.

How to activate the voice assistant (Siri, Bixby, Google Assistant)?

From the JBL Headphones app, you can assign your preferred voice assistant to an earbud (left or right). Then press the corresponding button to launch the assistant.

How to choose the right ear tips for optimal fit?

The earbuds come with multiple sizes of ear tips and fins. Try each size for a secure fit and good sound isolation. TwistLock technology ensures stable fit during sports.

My phone can't find the earbuds via Bluetooth, what should I do?

Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode (LED flashing). Reset the earbuds if necessary. Check that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and no other device is connected. Try restarting the earbuds by placing them back in the case.
