How to turn on and pair the Reflect Aero earbuds?

Remove the earbuds from the charging case; they turn on automatically. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select JBL REFLECT AERO from the list. Follow the on-screen instructions.

How to reset the earbuds to factory settings?

Place the earbuds in the case, then press and hold both touch controls for 10 seconds until the LEDs flash red and white. The earbuds will be reset.

How to charge the case and earbuds?

Use the provided USB-C cable to charge the case. The earbuds charge automatically when placed in the case. The case LED indicates charge status: red for low battery, orange for charging, green for fully charged.

How to enable and disable active noise cancellation (ANC)?

Press and hold the touch area of the left earbud (by default) to switch between ANC, Ambient Aware, and TalkThru. You can also customize these controls via the JBL Headphones app.

How to use multipoint to connect two devices?

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Connect the first device normally, then put the earbuds into pairing mode by pressing and holding the touch control on the right earbud (depending on configuration). Select the earbuds on the second device. Multipoint connection allows up to 2 devices simultaneously.

How to clean the earbuds and case?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the earbuds and case. Avoid water and chemicals. For ear tips, remove them and rinse with clean water, then dry completely before reattaching.

Are the earbuds water resistant?

Yes, the Reflect Aero earbuds are IP68 certified, meaning they are dust-tight and can withstand water immersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. The case is not water resistant.

What is the battery life?

With Bluetooth active and ANC off, you can listen to music for up to 8 hours (7 hours with ANC on). Talk time is 4.5 hours without ANC and 3.5 hours with ANC. The case provides additional charges.

How to set up a voice assistant (Google, Siri, Alexa)?

Download the JBL Headphones app on your smartphone. In the app, enable your preferred voice assistant (Google, Siri, or Alexa) and assign it to the left or right earbud. You can then invoke the assistant by pressing the corresponding touch control.

How to use VoiceAware?

VoiceAware allows you to control the volume of your own voice during calls. Through the JBL Headphones app, enable VoiceAware and adjust the level to your preference to avoid hearing your own voice too loudly.
