How to clean the OnTheGo blender?

After each use, rinse the bowl and lid with warm water. Removable parts (bowl, lid, cap) can be washed in the dishwasher (low temperature cycle). The blades are very sharp: clean them carefully with a brush. Never immerse the motor unit in water.

Can I blend hot liquids?

No, never pour liquid hotter than 80°C into the bowl. Steam could blow off the lid and cause burns. Let your preparations cool before blending.

What to do if the blender does not start?

Check that the bowl is correctly placed on the base and the lid is locked. Ensure the plug is connected and the fuse has not blown. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center.

How to replace the blade assembly?

The blade assembly is a wear part. To replace it, unscrew the gasket from the bowl (be careful of sharp blades). Replace with an original Moulinex blade assembly as referenced in the service booklet. Do not reuse a damaged assembly.

Is the appliance covered by warranty?

Yes, Moulinex offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover commercial use, mishandling, or normal wear. Keep the proof of purchase.

Can I use the blender without the lid?

No, the blender must never operate without its lid. The lid prevents splashes and protects from rotating blades. Its absence can damage the appliance and injure the user.

What is the maximum capacity of the bowl?

Do not exceed the MAX mark (approximately 600 ml). Overfilling can cause overflow and motor overheating.

Is the appliance suitable for children?

This appliance is not a toy. Children must not use it. Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance or touching the sharp blades.

Can I put the bowl in the dishwasher?

Yes, the bowl, lid, and measuring cap are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack, away from heating elements. The motor unit and blades are hand-wash only.

• Blades are very sharp: to prevent injuries, handle them with care when emptying the blender jug, the bowls (according to model), cleaning, assembling and dismantling the blender jug (according to model) and the accessories (according to model).
• Never place your fingers or any other object not intended for this function in the blender jug when the appliance is running.
• Never remove the lid or the blender jug before the appliance has come to a complete stop.
  • Always use the blender jug with the lid.
• Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant, clean and dry worktop.
• Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in any liquid.
