How to adjust the water temperature?
Use the + and - buttons (E/G) on the control panel to adjust the temperature between 20°C and 40°C. The value flashes, then stabilizes after 3 seconds to confirm.
How to use the energy-saving timer?
Press the timer button (B), set the heating duration (1-999h) with the arrows, then set the delay before activation (0-999h). Confirm by pressing again or waiting 10 seconds.
What does error code E03 mean?
Error E03 indicates that the water temperature is below 4°C. The spa is not designed to operate at this temperature. Unplug the pump and restart when the water reaches at least 6°C.
How to clean the filter cartridge?
Remove the filtration kit, disassemble the cartridge and rinse it with clean water. Replace it every week if it is dirty or discolored.
How to prepare the spa for winter?
If the temperature drops below 6°C, keep the heating on: the Freeze Shield™ system maintains the water between 6°C and 10°C. In case of prolonged absence, empty the spa and store it in a dry place above 15°C.
Why isn't the massage working?
The massage stops automatically after 30 minutes. Press the massage button (D) again to restart. If the air pump has overheated, unplug it and wait 2 hours before trying again.
How to repair a tear or hole?
Use the adhesive patch provided: clean the area, apply the patch and wait 30 seconds before inflating. For TriTech PVC, use PVC glue (not provided) and the patch, wait 30 minutes.
What type of chemicals to use for the water?
Use chlorine or bromine tablets (not granules) with the chemical dispenser. Maintain pH between 7.4 and 7.6, alkalinity between 80 and 120 ppm, and free chlorine between 2 and 4 ppm. Test regularly with a test kit.
How to test the GFCI circuit breaker before use?
Plug in the spa, press the GFCI TEST button: the indicator should turn off and the spa stop. Press RESET: the indicator should turn red, indicating the spa is ready. If the test fails, do not use the spa and contact support.
