How to test the GFCI circuit breaker before each use?
Plug the spa into a grounded outlet. Press the TEST button on the GFCI: the spa must stop working. Then press RESET to restore operation. If the test fails, do not use the spa and contact Bestway support.
What is the recommended maximum water temperature?
The maximum temperature is 40 °C (104 °F). A temperature between 38 °C and 40 °C is considered safe for a healthy adult. For children, pregnant women, or sensitive individuals, it is recommended not to exceed 38 °C.
How to set the energy saving timer?
Press the timer button (). The LED blinks. Use the + or - buttons to set the heating duration (1 to 999 hours). Press again to confirm. Then set the delay before activation (0 to 999 hours) and confirm. The spa will heat according to these parameters.
What to do if the spa shows error code E03?
E03 indicates that the water temperature is below 4 °C. The spa is not designed to operate under these conditions. Unplug the pump and wait until the water reaches at least 6 °C before restarting. Ensure that the Freeze Shield™ system is activated.
How to maintain the filter cartridge?
Check and clean the cartridge every day. Remove it, rinse it with clear water to remove debris. Replace it every week or if it is dirty and discolored. A clogged cartridge reduces filtration efficiency.
Can I use the spa in winter?
Yes, thanks to the Freeze Shield™ system. Keep the heater on continuously if the outside temperature drops below 6 °C. The system keeps the water between 6 °C and 10 °C to prevent freezing. If you are away for a long time, it is recommended to disassemble and store the spa.

Press the MASSAGE button (D). The red light turns on. The system stops automatically after 30 minutes. Do not use it when the protective cover is attached, as accumulated air could damage the spa.

First check that the O-rings are present and in good condition. If a ring is missing or damaged, replace it. Tighten the adapters by hand. If the leak persists, use the plug caps on the spa openings and contact Bestway for a replacement part.
How to repair a tear or hole in the liner?
For standard PVC, use the supplied adhesive patch: clean the area, peel the patch, apply and press for 30 seconds. For TriTech PVC, use a PVC patch with glue (not supplied): apply glue, wait 30 seconds, place the patch and smooth it out. Wait 30 minutes before re-inflating.
What chemicals to use for water treatment?
Use chlorine or bromine tablets (not granules) with the supplied chemical dispenser. Maintain pH between 7.4 and 7.6, total alkalinity between 80 and 120 ppm, and free chlorine between 2 and 4 ppm. Test the water regularly with a test kit. Never throw tablets directly into the water.
