Safety instructions are dedicated to avoid mistakes, and provide important information for insuring safe installation, use and maintenance of the appliance. Consequently the appliance must be used for the purpose for which it was expressly designed. Any other use is considered to be improper and consequently dangerous. The appliance is conceived according to the current technical rules. It must be used in close buildings, only by one responsible person.
2.2 Appropriated use
Non-compliance with using instructions can lead to serious injuries or damage. We take no responsibility for damages due to violations of the operating instructions. All technical interventions on your appliance must be performed by qualified professionals.

3. DELIVERY, PACKING AND STORAGE
3.1 Delivery checking
Immediately contact your dealer if you have found damage resulting from transport. In case of packaging damaged you can refuse the parcel or accept it but with the mention of the damage on the delivery document. Unpack the appliance with all its accessories. Check the contents for completeness and possible damages. The damages will be considered receivable if a detailed claim is send to the dealer within the intended deadlines.
3.2 Packaging
Always transport or ship the appliance in its original packaging to avoid damage. Keep the packaging for such an event (removal or back to the supplier for warranty).
The standards in force in your country concerning environmental protection must imperatively be respected before destruction of packaging.

5. INSTALLATION AND USE
5.1 Safety instructions
DANGER ELECTRIC SHOCK
- Don't let the power supply cord touch hot parts
- Don't let the power supply cord along a table or a counter
- The appliance must be connected with a single-phase socket in conformity.
- Before any installation check all the electric cables or piping
WARNING
Operating your appliance can reach very high temperature. To avoid injuries and burns do not use the appliance if it is damaged. Do no use spare parts not provided with your appliance.
DANGER ELECTRIC SHOCK
In the event of bad installation, the appliance can be dangerous and cause injuries. The electrical safety of this appliance is ensured only if it is correctly connected to an efficiently earthed system in accordance with electrical safety regulations. The appliance must be unpacked entirely before the connection.
5.2 Installation and use
WARNING
Installation and maintenance must be only carried out by qualified technician.
Never let your appliance operating without supervision.
Always operate with dry hands.
Operating never move or tilt your appliance.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all protective foils and packaging material prior to usage.
Place the appliance on a flat, solid, and heat-resistant surface, on its vertical position. Never install your appliance on inflammable surface.
Do not install the appliance near open fireplaces or all hot sources.
Clean carefully the appliance and accessories. Don't use abrasive products.
Connect the appliance directly to a wall plug socket. The use of adaptors, multiple sockets and/or extensions is not recommended.
To properly service the fryer and to secure it 10cm of clearance is needed on all sides of the fryer.
Before pouring oil in the tank check there is no water in it. Fill the tank with the required volume of oil.
Maximum and minimum oil level markers. These levels must be respected.
We recommend using a good quality oil to preserve your appliance. Vegetal oil contents less saturated grease. (If solid grease is used, always pre-melt it before adding it to the fry pot.
Electric connexion: installation of this unit should be performed only by a qualified service technician and in accordance with the actual text regarding accident prevention. All wiring connections for this appliance must be made in accordance with the wiring diagrams furnished on the appliance. To avoid electrical shock, this fryer must be adequately and safely grounded (earthed). If the appliance is wired directly into the electrical power supply a mean for disconnection from the supply giving a contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles must be incorporated in the fixed wiring. This appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible unless other means for disconnection from the power supply is provided.
Oil must be changed regularly. Once cooling down, discard used frying oil, use appropriate container in order to be recycled following the rule for the protection of the public health and the environment, store in a tank in order to be recycled.
Before pouring oil check the appliance is off. Once filled with oil to the proper level, you can move the power switch to the on position. Then the green indicator light in green. Adjust the thermostat on the chosen temperature. The green light turns off when the chosen temperature is reached. Once your product is fried, lift the basket from oil, shake it to remove exceed oil. Never close the lid when oil is hot, wait for it cool down.
ADVICE
Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has been activated you must let your appliance cool down.
If overheating protection is stated regularly, contact your dealer or our after-sales service.
To reset the appliance, press the reset button located on the back side of the appliance.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
6.1 Safety instructions
Before servicing (clean, maintenance, repair) unplug the appliance
Caustic detergents, sodium bicarbonate are forbidden for the cleaning of your appliance.
Check regularly the power cord.
Never dip your appliance in liquid.

Not direct washing via water jets. (Neither jet under pressure)
6.2 Daily cleaning
Before servicing (clean, maintenance, repair) unplug the appliance

Hot cooking oil causes severe burns, personal injury and fire and/or property damage. Never attempt to move a fryer containing hot oil or to transfer hot oil from one container to another.
If not fixed this appliance can cause severe injuries.
Your appliance must not be in contact with water when operating; Let it cool down.
6.3 Safety instructions relating to maintenance
Daily check the state of your appliance: do not use it if it is damaged or if the power cord is damaged. If the power cord is damaged it must be replaced by a professional electrician.
In case of break down contact your supplier.
Any intervention work on your appliance must be performed by a qualified professional.
6.4 Troubleshooting
Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has been activated you must let your appliance cool down.
