How to install the XPG Levante 240 on my processor?

Follow the included manual: attach the backplate, apply thermal paste, mount the pump block on the CPU, then install the radiator and fans in the case. Tighten the screws crosswise without overtightening.

What is the lifespan of the pump?

The pump is designed to operate for more than 50,000 hours under normal conditions. The 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Can I add coolant?

No, the system is hermetically sealed. Any attempt to open it voids the warranty. In case of leakage, contact customer service.

How to clean the radiator and fans?

Use a soft dry cloth or compressed air duster. For stains, a slightly damp cloth (no solvent). Unplug the device before cleaning.

The fan makes abnormal noise, what should I do?

Check that no cable touches the blades. Clean dust. If noise persists, reduce speed via BIOS or software. If still noisy, contact support.

Which sockets are compatible with this cooler?

Intel: LGA 1700 / 1200 / 115x / 2066. AMD: AM5 / AM4. Not compatible with TR4 or sTRX4 sockets.

How to control fan speed?

Connect the fans to a CPU_FAN header on the motherboard and the pump to an AIO_PUMP or CHA_FAN header. Use the BIOS or software like AIDA64 to adjust the PWM curve.

The pump is not spinning, what to check?

Make sure the SATA power cable of the pump is connected and the PWM connector is fully inserted. Check in the BIOS that the header is in PWM or DC mode according to the cable.

Is there a risk of liquid leakage?

The system is factory tested. In case of leakage, the warranty covers resulting hardware damage (under conditions). Contact XPG support immediately.

What is the procedure in case of overheating after installation?

Check that thermal paste is properly applied, the pump block is in correct contact, and fans are working. Ensure that the airflow direction is exhausting from the radiator.

Install the Intel Backplate in the rear of the motherboard.

Screw the backplate with the provided standoffs.

AMD Platform (AM4 Socket)

1. Remove the pre-installed AMD heatsink mount.

1. Secure with the provided AM4 Standoff Screws.

1. Use the provided Fan Screws to install the Fans on the Radiator.

1. Connect each 4-Pin Fan Power Connector in series as diagram below. Finally connect the provided Fan Power Cable to motherboard.

FAN INSTALLATION on the RADIATOR

1. Connect each 3-Pin LED Cable in series as diagram below. Then connect the provided ARGB LED CABLE to motherboard or I/O Ports.

Connect this ARGB LED CABLE to Pump's ARGB 3-Pin connector for Daisy Chain Lighting Effect.

• For the best cooling performance, we recommend mounting the fans as an air-intake to your PC case.
  • Refer to chassis manual for more information on Radiator Compatibility.

Connect Pump's ARGB 3-Pin to either motherboard, I/O's ARGB 3-Pin, or to the provided External LED LIGHTING CONTROLLER for Daisy Chain Effect.

Do not apply any soap or solvent agent on the surface to preserve its integrity.
