How to use the appliance to cut food?
Cut the food so that it fits into the feed tube (48x40 mm). Plug in the appliance and set the switch to I. Remove the pusher, pour the ingredients into the feed tube, then replace the pusher to push the food down.
What are the essential safety precautions?
Do not leave the appliance unattended while plugged in. Do not exceed 2 minutes of continuous operation to avoid overheating. Use only the pusher, never fingers or utensils. Unplug before assembly/disassembly/cleaning.
How to clean the parts of the food processor?
Unplug the appliance. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Wash the removable parts (cutting discs, holder, body, pusher) in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before reassembling.
What to do if the appliance makes noise?
The noise may be caused by friction of the cutting disc against the ring nut. Apply a little cooking oil to the inner surface of the ring nut before use to reduce noise.
How to store the blades safely?
After cleaning, store the cutting discs in the guides inside the pusher, with the narrow part facing down. This prevents accidental contact with the blades.
How to avoid stains on plastic parts?
Carotenoids (found in carrots, etc.) can cause stains. Apply cooking oil before washing or wash the parts in the dishwasher to reduce stains. Stains do not affect performance.
