  22. To turn oven off (Q) turn all controls off. See "Parts and Features" section.
  23. Do not place eyes or face in close proximity with tempered safety glass door, in the event that the safety glass breaks.
  24. Always use appliance with crumb tray securely in place.
  25. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  26. Clean oven interior carefully. Do not scratch or damage heating element tube.
  27. Do not operate unattended.
  28. Do not operate the appliance by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Before first use: Most heating appliances produce an odor and/or smoke when used for first time. Plug into outlet. Turn COOKING MODE Knob to BAKE (and TEMP Knob to 450^ F. Rotate Timer past 10, then back to 5 minutes to set time. Odor should not be present after this initial preheating. Wash all removable oven parts as shown below in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry.

TEMP Knob - Turn to select a temperature from MIN to 450^ (232°C).

COOKING MODE Knob - Turn to select AIR FRY, CONVECTION BAKE, BAKE, BROIL, or TOAST. See Chart for icon functions.

TOAST/TIMER Knob - Turn Knob clockwise past 10, then to desired cooking time or toast shade. For STAY ON, press in and hold the buttons on the side of the Knob while turning counterclockwise.

How to Use

WARNING Fire Hazard.

  • If contents ignite, keep door closed and unplug oven. Allow contents to stop burning and cool.
  • Do not leave unattended while in use.

  • Plug into outlet.

  • Place Oven Rack OR Air Fry Basket in desired rack position (see How to Use Guide on page 7) with Slide-Out Crumb Tray in place.

  • Keep at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) between food and heating elements.
  • Upper Rack Position is ideal for broiling fish or hamburgers.
  • Lower Rack Position is ideal for air frying, roasting meat or poultry.
  • To Preheat Oven: Rotate COOKING MODE Knob to CONVECTION BAKE or BAKE, and then turn TOAST/TIMER Knob counterclockwise to STAY ON while pressing in and holding buttons on side of TOAST/TIMER Knob.

  • Read and understand all safety instructions and Important Safeguards before use.
    Always unplug toaster oven when not in use.

  • Turn COOKING MODE Knob to desired function.

  • Rotate TEMP Knob to desired temperature when using BAKE and CONVECTION BAKE Modes. For BROIL and TOAST Modes turn TEMP Knob to icon for that mode. For Air Frying this Toaster Oven with Quantum Air Fry™ Technology sets optimal air frying temperature.

  • Setting Time: Rotate past 10 minutes and then to desired time or toast shade setting; OR while pressing in and holding buttons on side of TOAST/TIMER Knob, rotate Knob counterclockwise to STAY ON.

Air Frying Tips From Our Test Kitchen

Air Frying: AIR FRY Mode cooks and browns evenly by circulating forced hot air, which crisps food. Use AIR FRY Mode to crisp foods using little added oil.

Oven & Food Tips:

  • Place the Air Fry Basket in Lower Rack Position for optimal air frying performance (see image on page 6).
  • Foods that are juicy (burgers/chicken), contain moisture (zucchini) or oily (wings) should always be placed on Nesting Rack inside Pan and then add Pan to inside of Air Fry Basket (see image on page 6).
  • Keep at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) between food and heating elements.
  • Do not line Air Fry Basket; this blocks airflow.
  • Review food packaging-suggested cook times and adjust time for desired crispness.

Cleaning Your Oven

  1. Unplug and let cool completely.
  2. Use a nonabrasive stainless steel cleaner to clean exterior stainless steel areas. Apply cleaner with a soft, lint-free cloth. To bring out natural luster, lightly wipe surface with a water-dampened, lint-free cloth, followed by a dry polishing cloth. Always follow grain of stainless steel. Signature Polish can be ordered via their website at signaturepolishonline.com.
  3. Wipe Oven walls and bottom of Oven with a damp, soapy cloth. Repeat with a damp, clean cloth. For stubborn stains, use a plastic scouring pad.

  4. Slice or cut fresh foods in uniform size pieces to ensure even cooking.

  5. Arrange foods in a single, even layer in Air Fry Basket for shorter cooking cycle.
  6. Avoid opening Oven door while cooking frozen French fries on chicken nuggets until cooking cycle is nearly done.
  7. Check food for desired doneness a few minutes before end of cooking cycle. Add or reduce cooking time as needed.
  8. A light spritz of cooking oil before cooking provides crispier texture.
  9. Larger/thicker foods may need to be flipped/turned, stirred, or rotated halfway during cooking.
  10. Avoid sauces or batters; they tend to slide off the food.
  11. Delicate foods such as fish and hand-breaded items should be cooked in a single, even layer.

  1. Carefully use a razor blade to gently lift baked-on foods from glass window. Spray glass cleaner on cloth to clean. Wipe with a damp sponge to rinse and dry.
  2. Clean Oven Rack with a mild abrasive cleaner and rinse. Dry with clean cloth.
  3. Hand wash Air Fry Basket, Oven Rack, Crumb Tray, Pan, and Broil Rack in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
  4. Wipe control knobs with a damp, soapy cloth. Repeat with a damp, clean cloth and dry.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

An odor and smoke come from Toaster Oven.

  • Smoke and odor are normal during first use of most heating appliances. These will not be present after initial heating period.
  • Excessive oil dripped into Pan or splattered onto heating elements. Only use small amounts of oil when air frying.

Moisture forms on inside of Toaster Oven door when toasting.

  • This is normal when toasting in a toaster oven. Moisture is slower to escape from a toaster oven than from a toaster. Amount of moisture will differ between fresh bread, bagels, and frozen pastries.

Where is the Slide-Out Crumb Tray?

  • Slide-Out Crumb Tray is located in front of unit under Oven door.

Toaster Oven will not heat.

  • Check to make sure electrical outlet is working and Oven is plugged in. Turn COOKING MODE Knob to BAKE. Rotate TOAST/TIMER Knob counterclockwise to Stay-On while pressing in and holding buttons on side of Knob.
  • Ensure TOAST/TIMER Knob is turned to desired setting.

Toaster Oven will not toast.

  • Check to make sure outlet is working and Oven is plugged in. Turn COOKING MODE Knob to TOAST (Turn TOAST/TIMER Knob past 10 minutes and then to desired toast shade setting.

Some foods burn and some are not done.

  • For most even cooking, use Lower Rack Position.
  • Adjust Toaster Oven temperature or cooking time for best results with your recipes.

When should I choose AIR FRY (BAKE) CONVECTION BAKE(), BROIL?

  • Choose AIR FRY for foods such as French fries, chicken nuggets, tenders, or wings.
  • Choose BAKE for foods such as roasts, potatoes, or cakes.
  • Choose CONVECTION BAKE for foods like rising crust pizzas, whole chickens, or sheet pan suppers.
  • Choose BROIL to brown foods such as beef, chicken, fish, pork, and casseroles. See How to Use Guide on page 7.

Food is not cooked in AIR FRY Mode.

  • Too much food in basket. Increase cooking time and continue to cook.

Food cooked unevenly in AIR FRY Mode.

  • Too much food in basket. Turn or stir food halfway through cooking time, or more frequently if needed.

Fresh French fries not crisp.

  • Spritz a small amount of vegetable oil before air frying, enough to lightly coat potatoes.
  • Pieces are too large. Cut potatoes smaller or thinner next batch.

Food is not cooked in BAKE Mode.

  • Food is a larger quantity than recommended or temperature is set lower than recommended. Increase cooking time or use a higher temperature and continue to cook.
  • When aluminum foil is used, do not totally enclose the food in foil. Foil can insulate foods and slow down cooking.

How big of a whole chicken will Ovenhandle?

  • Oven will hold up to a 5-pound (2.3-kg) whole chicken.

If I want to toast bread, what setting is best?

  • TOAST Mode is best forasting both sides of sliced breads, or use BROIL Mode for bagels, English muffins, open-faced sandwiches, baguettes, and crostini. BROIL Mode activates top heating element and is great when toasting is required on one side only, or breads can be flipped when desired level of browning is reached.

Meat or poultry is not cooked enough.

  • Meat and poultry should be cooked in a single layer for even cooking. Refer to USDA website for proper cooking doneness temperatures. Visit foodsafty.gov for more information.

Toasting is affected by the temperature of the bread. Room temperature bread may toast to a medium color on the middle setting. The same type of bread that has been refrigerated may require a darker setting to reach a medium color.

  • TOAST/TIMER bell will sound when the toast cycle is complete or when set time is reached.
  • Toast is cooked in Upper Rack Position in center of Oven cavity.

Limited Warranty

This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the U.S. and Canada. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition.
