- Read these operating instructions carefully before setting up and using the unit. Safe and effective use of the unit can only be achieved if the unit is properly set up, maintained and used. Ensure that all persons using this device are aware of the warnings and safety instructions.
- Pay attention to your body's signals. Wrong or excessive training can be harmful to your health. Stop exercising immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms: chest pain/tightness, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, signs of light-headedness, dizziness or nausea. If you experience any of these symptoms you should consult a doctor before continuing training.
- This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
- Warning! The device is not anchored to the ground - it must not be used as a swing or see-saw etc. - it could tip over.
- Make sure that the device is only used by one person at a time.
- Make sure there is at least 2 metres of free space around the device.
- Place the unit on a dry and level surface.
- Before each training session, make sure that all screws and fixings are properly tightened.
- The safety of the unit can only be guaranteed if the unit is regularly maintained and inspected for any damage or signs of wear.
- Only use the unit as intended. If you discover any defective components during set-up or inspection, or if you notice any unusual noises on the unit during training, stop training immediately. Do not use the unit again until the problem has been identified and solved.
- The device is approved for domestic use. The maximum user weight should not exceed 120kg .
- Wear appropriate clothing when using the unit.
The device is not suitable for therapeutic use. -
Do not expose this device to rain, moisture or extreme temperatures.

Only clean the device with a dry cloth.
- Do not place sources of naked flames, e.g. burning candles, on the device.
- Keep small objects (e.g. screws and other assembly material) and packaging parts out of the reach of children to prevent them from being swallowed. Do not let small children play with plastic film. There is a danger of suffocation!
- Be careful when assembling the device: carefully remove the packaging materials and, if necessary, lay down an underlay to protect the floor. Make sure all parts are present.

ASSEMBLY
General note: Insert the axle bolts with the internal thread (5) on the side where the square openings of the frame elements overlap. Then tighten the screws with the external threads (4) from the other side. Then tighten the screws alternately:

Connect the handle elements to the stand elements. Finally, tighten all the screws again.
