Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual. In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.

1. Read and save these instructions. Attention: pictures in the

IM are for reference only.

2. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years

and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

3. Children aged from 3 to 8 years are allowed to load and

unload refrigerating appliances.

4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

5. WARNING: Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance

enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.

6. WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other means

to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

7. WARNING: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.

8. WARNING: Do not use electrical appliances inside the food

storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.- 3 -

9. Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans

with a flammable propellant in this appliance.

10. This appliance is intended to be used in household and

similar applications such as - staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; - farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; - bed and breakfast type environments; - catering and similar non-retail applications.

11. Placed the appliance against a wall with a free distance not

exceeding 75mm and more than 50mm.

12. WARNING: When positioning the appliance, ensure the

supply cord is not trapped or damaged.

13. WARNING: Do not locate multiple portable socket-outlets

or portable power supplies at the rear of the appliance.

14. To avoid contamination of food, please respect the

following instructions: - Opening the door for long periods can cause a significant increase of the temperature in the compartments of the appliance. - Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food and accessible drainage systems. - Clean water tanks if they have not been used for 48h; flush the water system connected to a water supply if water has not been drawn for 5 days. (Only applicable to water dispenser and water inlet system) - Store raw meat and fish in suitable containers in the refrigerator, so that it is not in contact with or drip onto other food. - Two-star frozen-food compartments are suitable for storing pre-frozen food, storing or making ice cream and making ice cubes. - One-, two- and three-star compartments are not suitable for the freezing of fresh food. - If the refrigerating appliance is left empty for long periods, switch off, defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door open to prevent mould developing within the appliance.- 4 -

15. This refrigerating appliance is not intended to be used as a

17. Unplug the appliance from outlet when not in use, before

putting on or taking off parts, before cleaning.

18. Make sure to place the plug all the way into socket when

connecting your appliance.

19. Insert the plug into a single grounded socket.

20. Never use the appliance in place where combustible and

inflammable materials are kept.

21. For safety reason, be sure to repair or replace parts at an

authorized service dealer.

22. The motor is permanently lubricated and will require no oil.

23. The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is

29. Close the door immediately after putting in any items so

the inside temperature will not rise dramatically.

30. Keep appliance away from any heat source or direct

much frost may affect refrigeration.

40. Turn on electricity only 5 minutes later after electricity goes

off. Otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.

41. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not

play with the appliance.

42. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of

an external timer or a separate remote-control system.

43. It is recommended to check regularly the supply cord for

any sign of possible deterioration, and the appliance- 6 - should not be used if the cable is damaged.

44. Regarding the information pertaining to the installation,

handing, use, servicing, replacement of lamp (if applicable), cleaning and disposal of the appliance, thanks to refer to the below paragraph of the manual.

45. Do not put glassware in freezing chamber or refrigerator

chamber air outlet, it may cause explosion or hurt.

46. Do not touch food or containers at the freezer with wet

hands. It may cause frostbite.

47. Do not use the fridge for non-domestic purpose.

48. Do not use drier to dry the inside, nor light a candle to

remove odor. It may cause explosion or fire.

49. Do not cling to the door or the trays of the door. It may

make the fridge fallen down or damage the hands.

50. Do not insert the hands or the metal stick into the exit of

cool air, the cover, the bottom of the fridge, the heatproof grill (exhaust hole) at the backside.

Note: The glass shelves and the crisper can be removed and inserted for cleaning and storing of food according to the appliance.

TRANSPORT AND HANDING

When transportation, hold the base– and lift the refrigerator carefully with an angle inferior at 45 degree. Never hold the door handle as support. Never place it upside down nor horizontally. Push refrigerator on its basis and place it thanks to its roller feet. INSTALLATION This refrigerating appliance is not intended to be used as a built-in appliance. To fix stably, the appliance must be placed on a flat and solid surface. It should not be laid on any soft material. Choose a location where there is no heat source. Keep the refrigerator away from direct sunlight or other appliance producing heat. Choose a dry and well-ventilated place where there is no corrosive air. In order to improve efficiency of the cooling system and save energy, it is necessary to maintain good ventilation around the appliance for the dissipation of heat. For this reason, sufficient clear space should be available around the refrigerator. Place the appliance against a wall with a free distance that not exceeding 75mm but more than 50mm. Adjust plastic feet: When the appliance stays in the packing box, plastic feet are in tightened state. After carrying it out from the packing box for placement, please make sure to adjust two front plastic feet until the height is suitable; just adjust two plastic feet with a wrench or directly by hand. Plastic feet and rear rollers must touch the ground to prevent the refrigerator from movement, vibration or noise. When moving the appliance, adjust plastic feet counterclockwise to keep them off the ground, and then push the appliance gently to move it. FIRST USE Adjust the feet and clear the outside and inside of the refrigerator with warm cloth. Remove the film: There is a layer of transparent film on the panel of our product, which can protect products- 8 - from being scratched in the process of production and transportation, and you can choose to reserve or remove the film as needed. Do not start the refrigerator immediately after vertical placement. Only start it after 2-6 hours standing to ensure its proper operation. To prevent damage to the power cord and any consequence incidents, the power cord should be not covered by the refrigerator or other objects. Before switching on the refrigerator, please check the voltage range of refrigerator carefully if the same as that of the power supply. When the refrigerator is first installed, allow it stabilize at normal operating temperatures for 2-3 hours prior to filling it with fresh or frozen foods. If operation is interrupted, wait for 5 minutes before restarting. DISPLAY CONTROLS Use your appliance according to the following control regulations, your appliance has the corresponding functions and modes as the control panels showed in the pictures below.

Controlling the temperature The default temperature for the refrigerator is set to 5°C and the freezer to -18°C. If you want to change the temperature, follow the instructions below. Caution! When you set a temperature, you set an average temperature for the whole refrigerator cabinet. Temperatures inside each compartment may vary from the temperature values displayed on the panel, depending on how much food you store and where you place them. Ambient temperature may also affect the actual temperature inside the appliance. Note: the temperature will impact the storage time of food. Set the temperature as necessary. Warmer will accelerate food spoilage and colder will froze food bad. Thus, food to be wasted.

Press “Lock” button for 3 seconds, icon “ ” will be off and the panel is unlocked. Short press the button again, the panel will be locked. If the appliance is in lock mode, the other buttons on the control panel will not function. When the buttons are touched, a chime will sound and the lock icon will flash.

Press “Fridge” to set fridge temperature from 0°C to 6°C as needed, and the temperature display will show corresponding values.- 9 - If needed, you can switch off the fridge compartment by pressing “fridge” for 5 seconds. When fridge compartment is switched off, its temperature display will go off; you can long press “fridge” for 5 seconds to restart it.

Press “Freezer” to set freezer temperature from -15°C and -23°C as needed, and the temperature display will show corresponding values.

4. Feature selection

Press “Feature” to set function: super cool mode , super freeze mode , holiday mode Super cool Super Cool can refrigerate your food much faster, keeping food fresh for a longer period. When super cool function is on, freezer temperature is not changed and fridge temperature is set to 0°C. The icon is on. The temperature display will show 0°C. It runs 150 minutes maximally then exits automatically, and the fridge temperature will revert back to the previous setting. Super freeze Super freeze will quickly lower the temperature within the freezer, so food will freeze vitamins and nutrients of fresh food and keep food fresh longer. When super freeze function is on, fridge temperature is not changed and freezer temperature is set to -28°C. The icon is on. It automatically switches off after 24 hours or when the freezer temperature reaches -28°C, and the freezer temperature will revert back to the previous setting. Holiday The fridge temperature is set at 6°C, and the freezer temperature is set at -15°C in this mode. MINI BAR This appliance is equipped with a mini bar. You can press the position A in the front door of the mini bar to open it and get your drinks quickly. Open the fridge door and lift the rear door (B) of the mini bar. You can store and get your drinks too.

Open door alarm When the refrigerator door is open for above 1 minute, the buzzer will alarm to remind users to close the door. After the door is closed, the alarm sound will stop automatically.

Your appliance has the accessories as mentioned in the “Structure illustration” showed in general, with this part instruction you can use the best way to store your food. The glass shelves and crisper can be removed to store food if needed. Note: Food is not allowed to touch directly the surfaces inside the appliance. It has to be wrapped separately in aluminum sheet or in cellophane sheet or in airtight plastic boxes.- 10 - How to remove glass shelves When removing the glass shelf, please press the movable pin under the shelf with both hands and push inward at the same time. Then the glass shelf will be removed. (A: cabinet liner; B: glass shelve) Storing food in the refrigerator compartment The fridge compartment helps to extend the storage times of fresh perishable foods. Fresh food care for best results:

• Store foods that are very fresh and of good quality.

• Ensure that food is well wrapped or covered before it is stored. This will prevent food from dehydrating, deteriorating in colour or losing taste and will help maintain freshness. It will also prevent odour transfer. Vegetables and fruit need not be wrapped if they are stored in the vegetable container of the fridge compartment.

• Make sure that strong smelling foods are wrapped or covered and stored away from foods such as butter, milk and cream which can be tainted by strong odours.

• Cool hot foods down before placing them in the fridge compartment. Dairy foods and eggs

• Most pre-packed dairy foods have a recommended ‘use by /best before/best by/’ date stamped on them. Store them in the fridge compartment and use within the recommended time.

• Butter can become tainted by strong smelling foods so it is best stored in a sealed container.

• Eggs should be stored in the fridge compartment. Red meat

• Place fresh red meat on a plate and loosely cover with waxed paper, plastic wrap or foil.

• Store cooked and raw meat on separate plates. This will prevent any juice lost from the raw meat from contaminating the cooked product. Poultry

• Fresh whole birds should be rinsed inside and out with cold running water, dried and placed on a plate. Cover loosely with plastic wrap or foil.

• Poultry pieces should also be stored this way. Whole poultry should never be stuffed until just before cooking, otherwise food poisoning may result. Fish and seafood

• Whole fish and fillets should be used on the day of purchase. Until required, refrigerate on a plate loosely covered with plastic wrap, waxed paper or foil.

• If storing overnight or longer, take particular care to select very fresh fish. Whole fish should be rinsed in cold water to remove loose scales and dirt and then patted dry with paper towels. Place whole fish or fillets in a sealed plastic bag.

• Keep shellfish chilled at all times. Use within 1-2 days. Precooked foods and leftovers

• These should be stored in suitable covered containers so that the food will not dry out.

• Keep for only 1-2 days.

• Reheat leftovers only once and until steaming hot. Vegetable container

• The vegetable container is the optimum storage location for fresh fruit and vegetables.

• Take care not to store the following at temperatures of less than 7°C for long periods: Citrus fruit, melons, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes.- 11 -

• Undesirable changes will occur at low temperatures such as softening of the flesh, browning and/or accelerated decaying.

• Do not refrigerate avocados (until they are ripe), bananas and mangoes. • To store deep-frozen food.

• To freeze food. Note: Ensure that the freezer compartment door has been closed properly. Purchasing frozen food

• Packaging must not be damaged.

• Use by the 'use by /best before/best by/' date.

• If possible, transport deep-frozen food in an insulated bag and place quickly in the freezer compartment. Storing frozen food Store at -18°C or colder. Avoid opening the freezer compartment door unnecessarily. Freezing fresh food Freeze fresh and undamaged food only. To retain the best possible nutritional value, flavor and color, vegetables should be blanched before freezing. Aubergines, peppers, zucchini and asparagus do not require blanching. Note: Keep food to be frozen away from food which is already frozen.

• The following foods are suitable for freezing: Cakes and pastries, fish and seafood, meat, game, poultry, vegetables, fruit, herbs, eggs without shells, dairy products such as cheese and butter, ready meals and leftovers such as soups, stews, cooked meat and fish, potato dishes, soufflés and desserts.

• The following foods are not suitable for freezing: Types of vegetables, which are usually consumed raw, such as lettuce or radishes, eggs in shells, grapes, whole apples, pears and peaches, hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt, soured milk, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Packing frozen food To prevent food from losing its flavor or drying out, place food in airtight packaging.

Suitable packaging: Plastic film, tubular film made of polyethylene, aluminum foil. These products are available from specialist outlets. Recommended storage times of frozen food in the freezer compartment These times vary depending on the type of food. The food that you freeze can be preserved from 1 to 12 months (minimum at -18°C). • When you freeze fresh foods with a 'use by /best before/best by/' date, you must freeze them before this date expires.

• Check that the food was not already frozen. Indeed, frozen food that has thawed completely must not be re-frozen.

• Once defrosted, food should be consumed quickly.

HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS

We recommend that you follow the tips below to save energy.

• Try to avoid keeping the door open for long periods in order to conserve energy.

• Ensure the appliance is away from any sources of heat (Direct sunlight, electric oven or cooker etc.)

• Don't set the temperature colder than necessary.

• Don't store warm food or evaporating liquid in the appliance.

• Place the appliance in a well ventilated, humidity free room. Please refer to Installing your new appliance chapter.

• Foods cannot block the air outlet; otherwise, abnormal air circulation will be caused.

• Make sure that the temperature sensor is not covered or blocked by foods, and keep proper distance with foods. Hints for refrigerator

• Meat (All Types) Wrap in polythene food: wrap and place on the glass shelf above the vegetable drawer. Always follow food storage times and use by dates suggested by manufacturers.

• Cooked food, cold dishes, etc.: They should be covered and may be placed on any shelf.

• Fruit and vegetables: They should be stored in the special drawer provided.

• Butter and cheese: Should be wrapped in airtight foil or plastic film wrap.

• Milk bottles: Should have a lid and be stored in the door racks. Hints for freezing

• When first starting-up or after a period out of use, let the appliance run at least 2 hours on the higher settings before putting food in the compartment.

• Prepare food in small portions to enable it to be rapidly and completely frozen and to make it possible to subsequently thaw only the quantity required.

• Wrap up the food in aluminum foil or polyethylene food wraps which are airtight.

• Do not allow fresh, unfrozen food to touch the food which is already frozen to avoid temperature rise of the latter.

• Iced products, if consumed immediately after removal from the freezer compartment, will probably cause frost burns to the skin.

• It is recommended to label and date each frozen package in order to keep track of the storage time.

• Do not put bottled or canned foods into the freezer chamber to prevent frost cracking.

• Glass bottles or glass containers shall not be placed into the freezer chamber or at the air outlet of refrigerating chamber duct; otherwise, they may explode.

• Do not put too many fresh foods into the freezer chamber once, preferably not exceeding the freezing capacity value of refrigerator.- 13 - Caution: The food especially the oily food which stored in refrigerator, please avoid the direct contact with the liner. When the interior stained with oil or oily food soup stains, it should be cleaned immediately to avoid the long contact with the liner which may lead to the liner corrosion and cracking. Switching off your appliance If the appliance needs to be switched off for an extended period, the following steps should be taken to prevent mould on the appliance.

3. Clean and dry the interior thoroughly;

4. Ensure that all the doors are wedged open slightly to allow air to circulate.

For hygienic reasons the appliance (including exterior and interior accessories) should be cleaned regularly at least every two months.

WARNING: The appliance must not be connected to the mains during cleaning. Danger of electrical shock!

Before cleaning, switch the appliance off and remove the plug from the mains socket. Exterior cleaning

• To maintain good appearance of your appliance, you should clean it regularly.

• Wipe the display panel and minibar with a clean, soft cloth.

• Spray water onto the cleaning cloth instead of spraying directly on the surface of the appliance. This helps ensure an even distribution of moisture to the surface.

• Clean the doors, handles and cabinet surfaces with a mild detergent and then wiped dry with a soft cloth.

• When cleaning door sealing strip, always use clean water, wipe with dry cloth and let it dry naturally. Caution! Don't use sharp objects as they are likely to scratch the surface. Don’t use Thinner, Car detergent, Clorox, ethereal oil, abrasive cleansers or organic solvent such as Benzene for cleaning. They may damage the surface of the appliance and may cause fire. Interior cleaning You should clean the appliance interior regularly. It will be easier to clean when food stocks are low. Wipe the inside of the fridge freezer with a weak solution of bicarbonate of soda, and then rinse with warm water using a wrung-out sponge or cloth. Wipe completely dry before replacing the shelves and baskets. Thoroughly dry all surfaces and removable parts. Defrosting: This production has automatic defrosting function, without manual operation. 2. Long time to start:

When the ambient temperature is too high, it will take long time to start the appliance.

3. Middle beams feel hot

Middle beams feel hot after a period of time of the appliance run, it belongs to the normal phenomenon.

When external air flows into the cool inner surface of the fridge, dew drops can be formed. If the humidity of the installed location is high or during the rainy season, dew drops can form on the outer side of the fridge. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs during the humid weather. Wipe the water drops with a dry cloth.

When you operate the fridge for the first time, the fridge will operate at high speed to cool fast and the sound can seem louder. When the internal temperature falls below a certain level, the noise will subside. When the operation of the compressor is starting or ending; various parts expanding/contracting or various control devices operating or temperature change within the fridge, you will hear the sounds, these are normal.

When working, the temperature of the compressor is more than 80℃, please do not touch the compressor, it may cause serious injury.

7. Compressor long time running:

When the ambient temperature too high or put too much fresh foods into the fridge, it will take long time to cool down until the appliance run at the setting temperature. TROUBLESHOOTING Warning! Don't try to repair the appliance yourself. If the problem persists after you have made the checks mentioned below, contact a qualified electrician, authorized service engineer or the shop where you purchased the product. Fault Possible cause No display on the display panel The plug is not in the socket properly, check whether the power is on; The fuse for domestic supply is switched off. It must be switched on. Alarm sound Door is slightly open or not close more than 1 minute. Close the door. The compressor does not work It’s under defrosting mode; it’s normal. Check whether the power is connected well. Compressor runs too long The fridge has recently been disconnected for a period of time. It takes some hours for the fridge to cool down completely; Put too much fresh or hot food; Doors are opened too frequently or too long. Before delivery our devices are subjected to rigorous quality control. If, despite all care, damage has occurred during production or transportation, please return the device to your dealer.
