Use the product only as described and only for the given areas of application. Keep these instruc- tions safe. When passing the product on to a third party, always make sure that the documentation is included. Maximum load-bearing capacity: 45kg Date of manufacture (Month/Year): 11/2018 Correct use This product was developed for private, outdoor use. It is a toy for children between the ages of 3 and 6 with a maximum user weight of 45kg. The product is not a vehicle within the meaning of the national road traffic regulations (in Germany the StVO) and may not be used on public roads. Find out about statutory regulations prior to use. Safety use Risk of injury! ATTENTION!

  • Attention! Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Risk of choking as small parts could be swallowed or inhaled!
  • The packaging and mounting materi- als are not part of the toy and must be removed for safety reasons before giving the toy to children for them to play with.
  • Children may only play with the pro- duct under supervision.
  • The assembly of the product should always be carried out by adults because of the small parts that are included!
  • The product may only be used by one person at a time.
  • Examine the product for damage or wear befo- re every use. Check that all the screw connec- tions are tight before every use! Please ensure that screws and nuts retain their self-locking properties.
  • The product may only be used when in perfect condition! If a defect is found in the product then use must be discontinued until the defect is fixed!
  • Improper modifications or repairs to the product create hazards! Do not modify the product!
  • Always tighten screws in such a way that they cannot be loosened by children. Otherwise the- re is a risk that children unscrew the small parts and swallow or inhale them. Risk of suffocation!7GB/IE/NI

2. Assemble the steering rod

(figure C) Remove the pre-assembled screw (3a) and the washer (3b) on the steering rod (3). Attach the steering wheel (5) to the steering rod with the washer and the screw. Place the cover (16) into the steering wheel.

3. Mount the steering rod (figure D)

Slide the cladding (12) onto the steering rod. Slide the steering rod onto the front axle and at- tach the steering rod at a suitable height using the bracket (2a).

4. Assemble the front cladding and

the tachometer display (figure E) Mount the front cladding (8) to the steering rod. Attach the cladding on the top back using the tachometer display (9) and two screws (21) and at the bottom using the mounting bracket (13) and four screws (21).

5. Mount the front wheels

(figure F – view from the front) Attention: please note the direction of movement of the wheels. Remove the pre-assembled screws (2c) and washers (2b) on the front wheel axle. Place one right wheel (6) and one left wheel (7) onto the front axle and secure them with the washers and screws. Attach a protective cap (15) to each wheel.

6. Mount the rear wheel axle

(figure G) Remove the pre-assembled mounting material on the rear wheel axle (4). Attach a cover (14) to the rear wheel axle. Slide the rear wheel axle onto the frame. Secure the rear wheel ax- les using the screws (18a) and nuts (18b). Slide the second cover onto the rear wheel axle and position it close to the frame.

7. Mount the rear wheels

(figure H – view from behind) Attention: please note the direction of movement of the wheels. Place one wheel each (6) and (7) on the rear axle and attach it using the assembly material that was removed previously (4a - 4c). Place a protective cap (15) on each wheel.

  • The child must always wear a helmet and sturdy shoes when driving the product! We also recommend the use of suitable protective equipment.
  • Always show consideration for other people!
  • Only use the product on suitable surfaces that are level, clean, and dry. Drive away from other road users where possible.
  • The product may not be used on slopes or close to steps or open water! Avoid dangerous areas!
  • The product may not be used in the dark or in bad visibility conditions!
  • Do not allow your child to use the product wit- hout supervision because children are not able to assess potential risks.
  • Please take into account that children are often not able to correctly assess their own ability or certain dangerous situations! Children’s need to play often creates unforeseen situations that are not the responsibility of the supplier/manufactu- res.
  • Instruct the child on the correct handling of the product and point out potential risks!
  • Dexterity is required for the use of the product in order to avoid falls or collisions that could lead to the injury of the driver or other persons.
  • Do not connect the product to other vehicles, pieces of sports equipment, or other pulling devices. The product is not designed for higher speeds.
  • Maximum load-bearing capacity of the pro- duct: 45kg.
  • No technical modifications may be made to the product. Avoiding damage to property!
  • Avoid water, oil, potholes, and very rough surfaces. Assembly Note: Two people are needed to assemble the product.

1. Mount the front axle on the frame

(figure B) Push the cover (11) onto the front axle (2). Attach the frame (1). 8. Mount the saddle (figure I)

Attach the saddle (10) to the frame. Please en- sure that the drill holes on the saddle are plac- ed exactly above the drill holes in the frame. Attach the saddle using both screws (19)/(20).
