How to set personal parameters (gender, height, age)?

What do the different displays mean (fat, water, muscle, bone, calories, BMI)?
After weighing, the scale successively displays weight, body fat %, water %, muscle mass %, bone mass (in kg), calories and BMI. Each value flashes then stabilizes.
Why does the screen display 'ERR'?
The 'ERR' display indicates that the maximum weight of 180 kg has been exceeded. 'ERR 2' signals a measurement error of the body fat percentage. Check that you are barefoot and still.
How to clean the scale?
Use a soft damp cloth. Never immerse the scale in water. Avoid corrosive or chemical detergents. Quickly clean any contact with irritating substances (grease, vinegar, etc.).
Can I use the scale if I am pregnant?

The scale uses a CR2032 battery (1 piece). Open the cover on the back, remove the old battery and insert the new one respecting polarity (+/-). Close the cover.
How to interpret the body fat percentages?
Consult the evaluation chart in the manual. For example, for a 30-year-old man, 15.6-20.0% is considered normal. Values are indicative: if in doubt, consult a doctor.
Why do measurements vary from day to day?
Variations can be due to hydration, physical effort or diet. Always weigh yourself at the same time of day, on an empty stomach, barefoot and dry, on a flat surface.
What to do if the screen displays 'LO'?
The 'LO' display indicates that the battery is low. Replace the CR2032 battery with a new one. After replacement, parameters may be reset.

Body Fat Measurement:

In order to ensure accurate results users should enter the required personal parameters:

age, sex and height.

These scales have the facility to store the personal parameters of 10 people.

The technology used in these scales, Bio-electrical impedance Analysis (BIA) is more technologically advanced than the older Body Mass Index (BMI) method where fat % is calculated using only height and weight. BIA technology uses 5 parameters to get a more accurate resolution for the analysis (weight and biological resistance which are automatically measured by the scales together with the three personal parameters entered manually).

Mode selection and parameter setting:

Press the platform center and remove your foot. Display showed 0.0

Press ■ entering into user code selection. The user code is flashing

Press ▲ or ▼ to switch between Body Parameter 0-9. Press ■ to confirm.

Once finished, the weight and body fat percentage, water percentage, bone weight, muscle percentage and KCAL and BMI will be displayed alternately for 2 times before the scales automatically turn off. Refer to the body fat reading against the (Body Fat & Water Ratio Chart) to find out the body status. please find the screen display order as following

  • Keep the scales in a dry place to protect the electronic components.
  • Clean after use with a lightly damp cloth, do not use solvents or immerse the product in water.
  • Avoid overloading the scales; otherwise, permanent damage may occur.
  • Do not disassemble the scales other than to replace the battery.
