How to clean the interior of the refrigerator?

How to reverse the door opening direction?

Reversing the door requires disassembling the upper, middle, and lower hinges. The repair manual describes the steps in detail. You will need a Torx TX20 bit and a flathead screwdriver. Follow the instructions in sections 4.2 to 4.5.

What is the ideal temperature for the refrigerator and freezer?

The recommended temperature for the refrigerator compartment is 4 °C (between 2 and 5 °C). For the freezer, it is advisable to maintain a temperature of -18 °C.

Why is my refrigerator making noise?

Normal noises can come from the compressor (humming), refrigerant fluid circulation (gurgling), or material expansion (cracking). If the noises are unusually loud, check that the appliance is level and not touching adjacent furniture.

How to replace the door gasket?

Replacing the door gasket is described in section 4.1 of the manual. Remove the old gasket by pulling it out of the groove, then insert the new gasket starting from the corners. Make sure the groove is not damaged. Optionally, use a hair dryer to soften the gasket.

The LED lighting no longer works, how to replace it?

The LED lighting is repairable by the after-sales service or a qualified technician. The manual (sections 4.12 to 4.14) details the procedures for the LED spotlight, top light, and side light. Always unplug the appliance before any intervention.

Do I need to defrost the freezer?

This model has automatic defrost for the refrigerator, but the freezer requires manual defrost when the frost layer exceeds 5 mm. To defrost, remove food, unplug the appliance, and leave the door open. Do not use sharp tools to scrape off ice.

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

Repair

1. Release door gasket from the groove on right and left corner.

Door gasket is removed.

	Thickness of new door gasket may deviate slightly from thickness of old door gasket. This will not affect closing behavior and long-term function.
	If your appliance has adjustable hinges or hinge attachments, you can optimize the closing behavior subsequently.
	Small side holes in door gasket are functional (required for ventilation). These are not production faults.

Repair

1. Check groove for gasket for damage.

4.2 Replacing door upper hinge

Required tools:

√ Appliance is disconnected from power supply.
√ Appliance interior fittings are removed.

4.2.1 Removing door upper hinge

1. Place appliance on the back side.

Repair

1. 1. Press upper hinge cover on both sides (1).

2. Move out upper hinge cover (2)

3. Rotate hinge cover (3).
4. Remove upper hinge cover (4).
5. Unscrew two screws (5).
6. Remove upper hinge (6)

Upper hinge is removed.
