How to use the Solac Solution EX6190 juice extractor?

Cut the citrus fruits in half, place a container under the anti-drip valve, then press the half fruit onto the cone by applying pressure with the arm or hand. The appliance stops as soon as pressure is released.

How to adjust the amount of pulp in the juice?

Use the pulp regulation filter: remove the stainless steel filter, place the plastic regulation filter between the two limiting walls and press to snap it back. This allows you to get more or less pulp.

Are the parts dishwasher safe?

Yes, the pressing cone lid, both cones, the stainless steel filter and the juice container can go in the dishwasher. The motor body should only be cleaned with a damp cloth.

How to clean the motor body?

Unplug the appliance, then clean the body with a damp cloth moistened with a few drops of mild detergent. Do not use solvents, bleach or abrasive products. Never immerse the body in water.

Why is my juice extractor not working?

Check that the cable is fully unwound and plugged in. Make sure the accessories are properly assembled and that you are applying sufficient pressure on the cone. If nothing happens, contact the authorized technical service.

Can I press lemons and oranges with the same cone?

No, use the large cone for oranges and the small cone for lemons. The large cone is used with the pressing arm, the small cone by hand.

How to use the anti-drip valve?

The anti-drip valve can be opened or closed according to your needs. Open it to let the juice flow, close it to prevent drips after use.

How to disassemble the pulp regulation filter for cleaning?

The filter consists of two parts. To disassemble it, separate the two parts. To reassemble, place the regulator between the two limiting walls and apply pressure.

USE AND CARE:

• Fully unroll the appliance's power cable before each use.
• Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not properly fitted.
• Do not move the appliance while in use.
• Do not use the appliance if it is tipped up and do not turn it over.
• Do not turn the appliance over while it is in use or connected to the mains.
• Store this appliance out of the reach of children and/or those with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or those unfamiliar with its use
• Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use renders the guarantee and the manufacturer's liability null and void.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE BEFORE USE:

• Make sure that all the product's packaging has been removed.
• Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.

USE:

• Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Cut the citrus fruit/s to be squeezed in half.
• Place a glass under the anti-drip valve.
• NOTE: The anti-drip valve can be opened or closed as required (Fig.1).
• Turn on the appliance by pushing down with the pressing handle on the piece of citrus fruit, once

it has been placed on the juicing cone.

• To stop the appliance, simply stop applying pressure to the cone.
• Remove the cone and strainer assembly in order to empty the jar.
• NOTE: If you process large quantities of fruit, you will need to clean the filter and remove the residual pulp on a regular basis.
• NOTE: The bigger cone is for bigger citrus like oranges, and you can press with the lever; the smaller cone is for small citrus like lemon, and you have to press with your hand directly on the cone.

- Pulp regulation filter

• This juicer includes a filter that allows you to adjust the pulp to your liking, to use this filter you must follow these steps:
• Remove the stainless steel filter
• Place the plastic pulp regulation filter correctly.
• NOTE: To make cleaning process easier, the pulp filter, which is composed of two pieces, can be disassembled. To reassemble-it must be taken into account that the regulator must be between the two limiting walls and exert pressure between the two pieces.

- Once you have finished using the appliance:

• Unplug the appliance from the mains.
• Clean the appliance.

CLEANING

• Disconnect the appliance from the mains before undertaking any cleaning task.
• Clean the motor base with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
• Never submerge the motor base in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
• It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
• If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance's useful life and could become unsafe to use.
