Why is there smoke or an odor during first use?

During first use, a thin layer of protective lubricant on the heating elements may produce smoke or an odor. This phenomenon is normal and stops quickly. Ensure the room is well ventilated.

How to mount the heater feet?

Turn the heater over, fix the two feet using the 4 screws provided on the base, then upright the device. Check that the feet are mounted in the correct direction before use.

What safety distance should I maintain around the heater?

Place the heater at least 90 cm away from walls, furniture and curtains. Never place it directly under a power outlet.

Can I use this heater in a bathroom?

Yes, but only outside volumes 0, 1 and 2 defined by standard NF C 15-100. The device is rated IP24 (protected against water splashes). Consult a professional electrician if needed.

How to clean the heater?

Always unplug the device before cleaning. Use a slightly damp cloth for the outer surface, then dry with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use detergents or chemicals.

What to do if the heater overheats or turns off?

The heater is equipped with overheat protection that turns it off automatically. Unplug it, let it cool down, then check that it is not obstructed. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

How to store the heater in summer?

Unplug it, clean it as indicated, remove the feet if desired, and store it in its original packaging in a dry place.

Do not place on unstable surfaces

1. To avoid any risk of fire or electric shock, it is essential that the appliance not be exposed to rain or moisture, and not be opened. The appliance contains electric parts that may electrocute or burn you.
2. Do not place this appliance close to flammable fabrics, surfaces or liquids in order to avoid any risk of fire. Keep it well away from any source at risk of causing hazards and maintain it at a safe distance (whether this is the front, rear or sides). Do not use this appliance in locations such as garages, warehouses etc. where dangerous or flammable products are stored (paint, fuel, alcohol etc.).

ASSEMBLY:

Unpack the heater and the accessories.

A. Turn the radiator upside-down
B. Fix the 2 wheels feet to the base of the radiator with the 4 screws provided

C. Turn the radiator upright

Only operate the radiator in normal upright position with feet assemblies attached to the bottom

Note: The heating elements of the device are covered with a thin protective layer of lubricant, there may be a small amount of smoke and odor during the first use of the heater. This is not harmful or dangerous and rapidly stop.

Please ensure that there is sufficient ventilation of the room.

OPERATING:

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

1. Before using this appliance, ensure that it is placed on a flat, stable surface. This heater is equipped with a tip over device that stops the product rollover and if it is not placed on a stable surface.
2. Place the heater at least 90cm from the wall, furniture or curtains.
3. Check that the voltage corresponds to that of the power supply (230v mains socket)
4. Leave the heater to cool and unplug it before moving it, and use the handle to move it.

USING THE HEATER

1. The switches control the thermostat and power selection should be on the OFF and minimum position, connect the radiator to the socket.

2. Switch on the heater on one of the following positions:

3. Turn the power switch to 1 : low power

4. Turn the power switch to 2 : high power

5. The ambient temperature can be set by the thermostat. Turn the thermostat knob in the direction of clockwise to increase the temperature, or counterclockwise to decrease, until the desired temperature.

6. When not using this heater, return the 2 switches to their initial position: "0" and thermostat to "MIN.", and then unplug it.
7. The heating system has a protection device against overheating.
8. Do not cover or place any object on the radiator during operation.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always unplug the appliance and keep it away from any socket before cleaning.
   2.To clean the outer surface of the appliance, use a lightly damp cloth. Then, dry it thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth before using again.
   3.Do not use any cleaning or chemical products of any kind. Do not let water enter the openings on the heater. Do not use wax or products that create a shine as they can react to heat and cause discoloration.
2. When the appliance is not being used for prolonged periods, ensure that it is fully unplugged from the socket and store in its packaging for simple storage and later use. Clean your radiator as mentioned above and remove the feets.

The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of

the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and the environment. The crossed out "wheeled bin" symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance it must be separately collected.

Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of their old appliance.

The warranty does not cover the wear parts of the product, nor the problems or damage resulting from:

(1) surface deterioration due to normal wear and tear of the product;
(2) defects or deterioration due to contact with liquids and corrosion caused by rust;
(3) any incident, abuse, misuse, alteration, disassembly or Unauthorized repair;
(4) improper maintenance, improper use

(5) any use of accessories not supplied or not approved by the manufacturer.

The guarantee will be cancelled if the nameplate and / or serial number of the product are removed.
