How to change the unit of measurement (kg/lb/st)?

Press the Unit button on the scale to switch between kg, lb, and st. The selected unit will be displayed on the screen.

What does the display « Err » mean?

The display « Err » indicates overload. The maximum capacity of the scale is 150 kg. Remove the weight and do not exceed this limit.

What does the display « Lo » mean?

« Lo » means the battery is low and needs to be replaced. Use a new CR2032 battery, respecting the polarity.

How to clean the scale?

Clean the scale with a damp cloth or glass cleaner. Never immerse the scale in water and avoid abrasive products.

Why does the scale display an incorrect weight?

Make sure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface. Step onto the center of the platform and stand still. If the screen flickers, wait for it to stabilize. Do not step on before « 0.0 » is displayed.

Can I use the scale on a carpet?

It is recommended to use the scale on a hard, flat surface (tiles, hardwood) to ensure accurate measurements. Carpet may distort results.

How to replace the battery?

Open the battery compartment on the back of the scale. Remove the old battery and insert a new CR2032 battery, respecting polarity (+ up, - down). Close the compartment.

Which battery to use?

The scale uses a CR2032 lithium battery. Do not use other types of batteries and do not mix new and used batteries.

What to do if the scale does not turn on?

Check that the battery is correctly inserted and in good condition. If the battery is dead, replace it. Tap lightly on the platform to activate the scale.

Is the scale waterproof?

No, the scale is not waterproof. Do not immerse it in water. For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and avoid water getting inside.

• Treat the scales with care. Never drop or jump on them. Our scales are designed for a long life, but incorrect use or handling may cause malfunctions of the electronic sensors.
• Never immerse the scales in water. To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or a window cleaner.

User Manual:

1. Press the unit button to choose the unit that you want, there are three options: kg/lb/st
2. Insert the battery correctly as per the following picture:

(Note: to insert the battery correctly, the positive pole should be upside, and the negative pole should be downside). After insert the battery, there would be "HI" showing, please do not step on the scale this time. Otherwise, the weighing result would be affected.

1. Setting: Firstly, place the scale on a hard even surface, knock the centre of scale glass, there would be "HI" showing on the LCD, and then showing "0.0", then step on the centre of scale glass.

Operation:

Stepping on the scale till the number on LCD stop flashing, then that is the weighing result of your body. (Note: If you leave the scale when the number flashing, the number would go back to "0.0", then you can step on the scale's glass, and weighing again.

Note:

If you step on the scale before it showing "0.0", the scale would not showing the correct weight of your body. If so, please wait till the scale turn off, and repeat Step 3. Scale does not work under 5KG. After showing result 10 seconds, the scale turns off automatically.

Using Notice:

1. LCD showing "Err" for Overload.
2. LCD showing "Lo" for Low power.
3. This scale just for home using.
4. The scale cannot dip in the water. Please use glass detergent to clean the glass.
5. If the scale would not be used in a long period, please take the battery out, and make sure there is nothing on the scale.
6. To avoid any danger, please make sure you stand on the center of scale.
7. To avoid slip, please do not step on the scale when your feet are wet.

8. Do not mix old and new batteries. Don not mix alkaline, standard (carbon - zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

9. Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries may explode or leak. Recycle or manage as hazardous waste.
