up for use. Introduction: You can use a variety of foods, chocolates, and sauces with your new Fondue machine to create any flavor you desire. Chocolate Fondue: You can use milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate with any type of fruit to dip in. Some popular items are strawberries, marshmallows, apple wedges, cookies, ice cream balls, peanuts, graham crackers etc. For a nice kick you may add liqueurs for specific flavors. Cheese Fondue: The most used cheeses are Gruyère, Emmental, Vacherin Fribourgeois and Vacherin Mont D'or. However, any of your favorite local cheeses, cream cheeses and spreads will do. Pair that up with your favorite dipping items such as: grapes, apples, breads, crackers, pretzels, etc. BBQ Sauces: Bar-B-Q sauces work well too! Use your favorite sauce and have chicken cubes, pork cubes, rib tips and a variety of Salame to dip. Use wine, liquor, or other liquids to dilute the sauce if they are too thick. 2. Plug the appliance into an electrical outlet and turn the Power Dial to the ‘MELT’

position. The Power Indicator Light will light up letting you know it is heating.7

3. Place your desired fondue dipping sauce into the ‘Heating Bowl’ first. The Heating

Bowl should be placed in the center of the ‘Serving Tray’. Allow the dipping sauce to heat and melt (about 15-20 minutes, this time will vary depending on the dipping sauce ingredients) the dipping sauce should reach 140°F (60℃) before changing the Power Dial to warm.

4. While dipping sauce of your choice is heating, gather your favorite dipping

ingredients to the side on the counter.

5. If you notice your Fondue is not melting fast enough or does not have a fluid

texture, you may need to add butter or oil to obtain a fluid texture. Note: do not overheat the dipping sauce to where it gets dry. If so, turn the Power Dial to ‘Warm’ immediately and add a fat-based ingredient to help liquify.

6. Once your dipping sauce is ready, move the ‘Power Dial’ to ‘Warm’ and place your

dipping ingredients onto the ‘Serving Tray’. These dipping ingredients would be best if they are bite size and pair nicely with your dipping choice.

7. Once ready, have everyone gather around the Fondue Maker and with the

‘Roasting Forks’ included, push the bite size food ingredient into the fork and dip into the dipping sauce and enjoy!
