How to clean the Nest baby cot?

Regularly clean the bassinet with a damp sponge without immersing it in water. The mattress can be hand washed with slightly soapy water. Do not use solvents or bleach. Dry thoroughly in the air before storing.

What is the maximum weight for using the Nest?

The maximum allowed weight is 9 kg (19.8 lbs). Stop using the product when the child starts getting up on hands and knees or reaches this weight.

Can I use the Nest in a car?

No, never use the Nest to transport a child in a vehicle. This product is not designed for that.

How to install the mosquito net correctly?

The mosquito net must be fully closed or completely removed. Do not leave it partially attached, as it could fall onto the baby's face.

Where should I place the Nest?

Place it only on a rigid, flat and dry surface. Never place it on a bed, sofa, or any other soft surface to avoid suffocation risks.

Can I add another mattress or cushions?

No, use only the provided mattress from the manufacturer. Do not add blankets, cushions, or pillows to reduce suffocation risks.

What is the warranty period?

When should I stop using the Nest?

Stop as soon as the child starts getting up on hands and knees or reaches the maximum weight of 9 kg, to prevent fall risks.

Is the Nest suitable for newborns?

Yes, it is suitable for children who cannot sit up. To reduce the risk of SIDS, it is recommended to place healthy babies on their backs, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.

CLEANING AND CARING

The once over

Check the product for cuts & bruises. If your product is damaged in any way, or you're not sure how to use it, contact your rotater immediately.

Caring for next

Unlike children, your nest likes to stay clean.

Wipe the nest down with a damp sponge. Do not submose the nest in water. Let the nest air dry. The nest mattress may be hand washed in warm water with mild natural soap.

Do not use any harsh soap, solvents, bleach or detergents * which may harm the nest's materials.

Do not wring. Dry your nest thoroughly before storage. Store in a well ventilated space, away from direct sunlight (which can harm and federated), and moisture.

Improper care will void any warranties. Do not use the nest * If deterioration is detected or suspected

RIGHTS AND REMEDIES

We want to give owners confidence in the quality of our products. They are fully warranted against defects in materials & workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

What is the warranty? If we determine that the product has a manufacturing fault we will repair it tree of charge.

If not practical to repair it we will, at our discretion, replace the label part in question ^4 .

What if it's outside the warranty terms? If the product falls due to wear & tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the 1 year warranty period, we will happily repair it for a reasonable charge.

What is covered? Workmanship or materials that are deemed faulty by philagists, providing the product has at all times been used in normal conditions, used in accordance with the instructions & been properly maintained.

What is not covered? Second hand product; modified product; poorly maintained product; normal wear, tailing & fabric cuts; improper use or care; (by way of example) abnormal use; not following instructions; excessive load; transport damage to: airline or freight damage.

Customer costs within warranty. The customer is responsible for any Inwardsight charge to return product to a phil&lads representative for warranty & or service.

Customer costs outside warranty Where proof of purchase is not provided or product is outside of the one year warranty period, philtracts reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for parts replaced/repaired.

A return height charge may apply.

Exclusions Any consequential loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly as a result of using a phil&meds product.

Do not leave your child unattended.

WARNING This product is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided.

Sullocation Hazard: Infant carrier can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child. NEVER place the nest on beds sofas or other soft surfaces.

Use only on a firm, horizontal level and dry surface.*

NEVER use this nest as means to transport an infant in a * motor vehicle.

Use only for one child weighing no more than 9kg.

To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached the recommended maximum weight.

NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter or padding. Use • ONLY the pad provided by manufacturer.

- To reduce the risk of SIDS, paediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

- Strings can cause strangulation, do not suspend strings over the Nest or attach strings to toys.

Do not place items with a string around a child's neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords.

- Use only replacement parts supplied by the manufacturer.
