How to insert the SIM card and microSD card?

Remove the back cover and battery (if removable) to access the slots. Insert the Nano SIM into the appropriate slot and the microSD card (up to 64 GB) into its slot. Follow the indicated orientation.

How to perform a factory reset?

Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the operation. Note that this erases all your data.

What is the battery life?

The 2000 mAh battery provides approximately one day of normal usage (calls, browsing, social media). Battery life varies with usage.

Is the smartphone compatible with 4G?

Yes, the ARCHOS Access 50S supports 4G LTE on bands B1, B3, B7, and B20. It is also compatible with 3G and 2G.

How to update the operating system?

Go to Settings > About phone > System updates. Download and install available updates via Wi-Fi.

What is the internal storage capacity?

The internal storage is not specified in the manual. You can use a microSD card up to 64 GB to expand storage.

How to transfer files from a computer?

Connect the smartphone to the computer via the micro-USB cable. On the phone, select File transfer (MTP) mode. The files will appear in the file explorer.

Does the smartphone support dual SIM?

Yes, the ARCHOS Access 50S has two slots for Nano SIM cards. You can use two lines simultaneously.
