How to set up the NC450 camera?

Connect the camera to the same Wi-Fi network as your smartphone. Download the tpCamera app, create or sign in to your TP-Link ID, then follow the app's instructions to add the camera.

How to access the camera from a smartphone?

Open the tpCamera app and go to the 'My Cam' screen. Select your camera to view live video.

How to use the WPS/Reset button?

Press the button briefly to activate the WPS function and connect the camera to your Wi-Fi router. Press and hold for 5 seconds to reset the camera to factory defaults.

How to mount the camera on the wall?

Use the supplied mounting kit. Drill holes according to the template, insert anchors, screw the mounting plate, then attach the camera. You can also place it on a flat surface.

How to enable motion detection?

In the tpCamera app, go to camera settings. Enable the motion detection option and configure zones and sensitivity. You will receive push alerts.

How does two-way audio work?

The camera has a built-in microphone and speaker. From the tpCamera app, tap the microphone icon to speak and listen in real time.

How to reset the camera to factory defaults?

Press and hold the WPS/Reset button for about 5 seconds until the LED blinks red. Release, the camera will reboot and be reset.

What to do if the LED blinks red?

A blinking red LED indicates that the camera is not connected to the network. Check your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection and follow the setup procedure.

How to view multiple cameras on one screen?

Download and install the TP-Link Camera Control utility on your computer. It allows you to view and manage multiple cameras on one screen.

3 Launch tpCamera, log in to your TP-Link ID or create one, then follow the app instructions to set up your new camera.
4 Relocate the camera to your desired location. You can simply place it on a flat surface or mount it with the screws.

How to view the camera

Via Smartphone:

On the My Cam screen, tap your camera to view the live video.

Via Computer:

Log in to the TP-Link Cloud Website

(https://www.tplinkcloud.com), and click your camera to view the live video.

How to use the WPS/RESET Button

WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

If your Wi-Fi router or access point supports WPS, you can connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network using WPS. For details, see the camera's User Guide.

Short Press to trigger WPS and Press and hold for 5 seconds to trigger Reset.
