USER MANUAL QP 6400 Orbegozo

Read this manual carefully before running this appliance and save it for reference in order to obtain the best results and ensure safe use.

1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.

4. WARNING: In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
5. Do not use the unit if it is not working properly.
6. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
7. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

Specific:

• Do not use it without the grid or without the lint tank.
• Do not lubricate.
• Do not immerse in water.
• Do not use the fabric shaver for any other purpose than that for which was designed.
• Do not use it for every thin material such as silk, lamb's wool or irregular surface.
• Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the appliance for a long time.
• Remove the batteries if the appliance were to be discarded. In any case the batteries must always be safely disposed of.
• Not to be used for shaving yourself.
• Do not press hard against the clothes / fabrics.
• Do not clean this item with water or other chemical solutions.
• Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.

WARNING: Batteries are not to be disposed of together with domestic wastes. Dispose of the used batteries at the relevant collection bin or at your dealer's. Never throw batteries into the fire.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Lay your clothes on a flat level surface, preferably an ironing board or pad. Open the battery cover, insert

batteries according to the polarity markings and close the battery cover. Push the "ON" switch (1) and begin to

shave lint or fuzz off your clothes. The clear fluff box (8) will collect lint and fibbers removed from clothes and can be easily removed to discard the lint and fibbers.

CLEANING

Before cleaning, turn the On/Off switch to the 'OFF' position and remove the batteries. To empty the transparent fluff box, remove and clean using a brush. Clean the grille using the brush provided.

To clean the inside of the grille and the cutters zone, proceed as follows: Pull the grille support unscrewing it.
