When carrying the appliance, please touch the bottom with a cloth to avoid scalding.
- This appliance should not be used on any unstable or other object which can not resist high temperature.
- The inner pot is not allowed for anyviolent impact. Any distortion of the Inner pot may cause malfunction.
- Nevar clean the inner pot with hard tools to avoid damage. Never heat the inner pot with other heating source, and never use other pot to replace the inner pot. Never start the appliance until the inner pot is in right position or the empty pot without any water in it. The heating element will be hot after using, never touch it to avoid scald. Use and Operation

Choosing Program Keep Warm
Plug in the power, the buzzer has a sound and the appliance is on standby Press MENU to select cooking program, press + / - button to select the programs when the appliance is on standby. After choosing the preferred program, press START" button three seconds for start the program.

When the cooking program is finished, the appliance will enter to Keep Warm automatically and the display will count the keep warm time. Press CANCEL/KEEPWARM button three seconds to enter Keep Warm during cooking. The maximum time of keep warm is 24 hours.

Set Cooking Time Delay Cooking
After selecting the cooking program, press TIMER/TEMP and +/- buttons to adjust cooking time. And press HOUR/MIN to shift hour or min adjustment. Press START button 3 seconds to start the program after adjusting cooking time. Or if cooking with default time, just press START button 3 seconds to start the program once selecting the program.

After selecting the cooking program and press PRESET and +/- buttons to preset the time. Press START to enter preset, the preset light will be on and countdown starts. After presetting the delay time, the appliance will be back to stand by 30 seconds later without any operation.
How to cook Rice
- Put the rice and water into the inner pot, place the inner pot on the appliance.
- Press MENU or + button to choose Rice program.
- Press START for 3 seconds to start the program.
Note: The user could set the appliance whether automatically enter to keep warm or not through pressing START three seconds during cooking.
Setting Program
- Put the prepared food into the inner pot, place the inner pot on the appliance.
- Press MENU button to choose DIY program, press TIMER/TEMP button to adjust time and temperature. One press for adjusting time, one more press for adjusting temperature. Press + or - button to adjust cooking time and temperature. Press +/- button in the same time to preserve the first part of DIY setting If need more parts of DIY setting, continue to press TIMER/TEMP for the same setting. The user can totally make 10 parts DIY setting during cooking progress.

- After preserving DIY setting, press START button to start the program. When start the program., the display will countdown the first part cooking and will countdown the second part after finishing the first, and the third part.
Cleaning and Care

Detachable aluminium cover: The detachable aluminium cover could be disassembled from tile appliance, please clean it with water and dry it with a soft cloth.

Steam valve: The steam valve could be disassembled from the appliance, please clean it with water and dry it with a soft cloth. To avoid giving off a peculiar smell and blocking steam exit up.
- Water collector: Push off tile pending of tile water collector after using.
- Inner pot: Remove the inner pot from the appliance. Clean it with household abluent. Dry it with a soft cloth.
- Storage: if the appliance is not used, please place it on a dry circumstances.

- Chop chicken into large pieces and mix in a large bowl with sugar, fish sauce, chopped onions and pepper.
- Heat a pinch of sugar with oil in the cooker in the SAUTE program until it caramelises.
- Simmer everything together for 30 minutes in the SLOW COOK program


Pulled Pork Scider
Ingredients for 6 portions
1 kg of pork from the shoulder
350 ml dark beer
150 ml apple cider vinegar
2 onions
1 apple
50g brown sugar
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon rose paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of pepper

- First prepare the marinade in the blender. Add dark beer, apple cider vinegar, onion, apple, garlic cloves, sugar, pepper, salt and pepper, and puree well.
- Place meat in the pot and mix with the marinade.
- Select the SLOW COOK program (8 h / 80°C) and cook until the meat can be easily pulled apart.
- Shred the pieces of meat with a fork and then put it back into the pot, making sure to get sauce on all sides of the meat.

- Cut pork into large cubes and put into a bowl with chopped garlic, spring onion, fish sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and star anise and marinate overnight.
- Sear the onions in multicooker and then add the marinated meat. Fry well in the SAUTE program.
- Add the coconut juice and then finally add water.
- Allow everything to cook for 1 hour in the SLOW COOK program.
- Add the eggs and cook again for another hour.
- Serve everything with coriander and jasmine rice.
