1. INTRODUCTION

Read this manual carefully before operating or servicing this bike trailor to familiarize with proper safety, operating, and maintenance procedures. Failure to comply with instructions in this manual could result in personal injury, property damage, and voiding of your warranty. Following the instructions in this manual will provide a longer and safer service life for your bike trailer.

The instruction includes the manual, notes and security guidelines for following products:

2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The following warning symbols

describe the risks of non-compliance with the instructions in this manual and the associated operating instructions.

3. SAFETY GUIDELINES

Attention: Follow the instructions for construction, maintenance and use, and perform routine inspections carefully.

• When operating as a bike trailer, the maximum load is 30 kg.
  • Weight of the bike trailer: 11.5 kg Gross weight: 41.5 kg
  • Maximum seat height: 47 cm
• Remove the handlebar, front wheel and brake and mount the pole, unscrew the screw on the tow bar as tightly as possible and fasten the safety belt on the bike (replace the screw whenever you start to solve itself).
• Practice driving the trailer with an additional weight of 30 kg before using the product for the first time. Do not put persons or dogs in the trailer if you have not practiced last.
• Do not change the trailer (eg pillow on the seat surface, changes to the safety bars, all changes to the coupling device, etc., and such changes can lead to serious hazards)
• It is not allowed to charge the tiller with additional weight. Any additional charge on the handle bar affects the stability of the trailer.
• The trailer is approved for a speed up to 16 km / hr.

• Please do not use the trailer on rocky or unpaved roads.

• Do not let the dog unattended in the trailer.

• The driver of the towing bicycle must be at least 18 years old and be in good physical and mental condition.
• Do not transport more than two dogs.
• Please attach the trailer exactly to the above instructions.
• Do not park the trailer in the vicinity of an abyss or a dangerous road.
• Before every ride please check the air pressure of the wheels.
• Please note that the pulling bike is in a technically perfect condition. Use only suitable bikes in terms of sufficient size and sturdy frame, brakes and safety devices.
• Check before every ride the proper fit of the clutch.
• Please make sure the parking brake while entering and exiting the dog is active.
• Please be careful when driving on roads, especially when driving uphill or downhill.
• If the trailer is used for carrying passengers, a rear view mirror should be mounted on the bike.
• The hood always must be closed while driving to protect the animals.
  • To avoid serious injury, do not make any sudden braking or turning maneuvers during the trip.
• Check before every ride, that all parts are bolted to the trailer.
• The safety standard of the trailer can only be kept high if you check the trailer regularly for wear, damage and loose parts.
• Replace defective parts immediately. Do not use the trailer until it is repaired.
• Only service-trained personnel or an authorized service station should repairs the trailer.
• Additional advice: Because of the large number of different bikes and trailers on the market, there is no depth of knowledge regarding the composition of your individual bike set. The user should bear in mind that the driving behavior of a fully loaded bicycle trailer kit and a simple cycle differs dramatically. In particular, the starting, turning, braking and downhill driving is more demanding on the driver. The driver should be aware of the responsibility, especially when he transports people. In order to adjust to the peculiarities of the bicycle-trailer combination, the user should load the trailer with weights up to maximum load capacity and driving tests. These tests should be conducted in a safe place and include the following maneuvers: emergency braking, ride over obstacles, slalom runs and both uphill and downhill driving and driving on various road surfaces.
  • Tire pressure: 1.7 to 2.0 bar (200 kPa)

Keep the manual handy, refer to it when problems it can. Please remember to observe the following safety instructions! This bike trailer is allowed in the area of road traffic regulations, with an approved lighting retrofit. This consists of a headlight mounted on the left front and left rear tail light of a licensed mounted.

6. MOUNTING OF THE TRAILER

Take the pieces of the bike trailer from the carton and remove all packing material.

Fold both sides up. Pass the cross rod through

the loop of the seat. Use the screws to attach it to the side parts.

Insert the threaded knob through the hole in the frame into the crossbar, turn the knob in a clockwise direction to secure crossbar to frame with threaded knob as shown.

7. MOUNTING OF THE WHEELS

Insert the wheel axle from the spoke fl at side through the hub. until the thread becomes visible.

Now fix the axle using the screw nut. Tighten down the screw connection.

When the wheel is in position the axle should be fastened with the hook into the borehole.

8. MOUNTING OF THE TRAILER COUPLING

Attach the tiller by using the two locking pins on the trailer.

9. ATTACHING THE SAVETY FLAG AND RAINCOVER

Put the staff of the security pennant into the bracket on the left side of the trailer.

Align the raincover with the trailer in the way that the roll-up window is located on the front side.

Attach the raincover to the frame by using Velcro fastener.

10. USING THE SAFETY BELTS

Adjust the shoulder belt so that they fit to the proportions of the child. Belt buckles and hooks near the children's neck may cause personal injury, therefore avoid fixing near the neck.

1. Loosen the shoulder straps of the eyelets on the seat surface.
2. Place the child in the middle of the seat.
3. Pull the shoulder straps down and snap it into the eyes between the legs of the child.
4. Finally, close the horizontal strap over the belly of the child (children).

WARNING: Make sure that children never take films, coatings, tires or other components of the trailer / jogger in her mouth!
