Which fruits can I juice with the Korona 27020?
This appliance is designed for citrus fruits: oranges, grapefruits, yellow and green lemons. Do not use other fruits or vegetables.
How to assemble the juicer?
Place the juice collector on the motor unit, insert the pulp filter, then press the pressure cone onto the drive shaft. For large fruits, use the large cone over the small one.
How to adjust the amount of pulp in the juice?
The pulp filter is adjustable: turn it to choose between more or less pulp. Adjust according to your taste before juicing.
What to do if the appliance does not start?
Check that the cone is properly pushed in and that you are applying sufficient pressure. If the problem persists, unplug and check the power supply. Never force the start.
Can I wash the parts in the dishwasher?
No. Wash the removable parts (cones, filter, collector, lid) by hand in warm water with a mild detergent. Never immerse the motor unit.
Does the motor heat up normally?
A slight warmth is normal during prolonged use. If the appliance becomes very hot, turn it off and let it cool down. Do not exceed the capacity of the collector.

Operation

Extract juice with two different sized pressure cones which rotate both ways. The small pressure cone squeezes juice from limes and lemons, whereas the big pressure cone is perfect for oranges and grapefruits.

Assembly of the citrus juicer

  1. Place the appliance on an even and heat resistant surface.
  2. Place the juice collector (5) onto the driving shaft (6) of the motor unit (7).
  3. Insert the fruit pulp strainer (4).
  4. Attach the small pressure cone (2) to the driving shaft (6) by pressing it slightly down. Make sure that it is properly engaged.

Note: If you wish to extract juice from oranges or grapefruits fit the big pressure cone onto the small one.

  1. Connect the appliance to a properly installed wall socket.

Extracting Juice

  1. Follow the assembly instructions.
  2. Cut the lemons, oranges, etc. into half. Depending on your taste, adjust the strainer to avoid fruit pulp ending up in your juice.

  1. Once the extracting process is complete, disconnect the appliance from the mains.
Note: To avoid damage to the appliance, never apply too much pressure on the pressure cones.
