How to pair the earbuds with my phone?

Open the charging case to turn on the earbuds. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select HTC E-mo1 from the device list. If the earbuds do not appear, place them in the case, open it, then plug and unplug the USB Type-C cable three times in a row to reset them.

How to charge the earbuds?

Place the earbuds in the charging case. The orange LEDs indicate they are charging. When fully charged, the LEDs turn off. Also recharge the case with a 5V charger via the USB Type-C port.

What to do if only one earbud works?

Make sure both earbuds are properly inserted in the case and that the contacts are clean. Reset the earbuds by placing them in the case, then plugging and unplugging the USB Type-C cable three times in a row. If the problem persists, contact HTC support.

How to activate noise cancellation (ANC)?

Touch and hold the left earbud to toggle between modes: ANC on, ambient sound on, or ambient sound off.

What is the battery life of the earbuds?

Battery life is approximately 6 hours for music only (50% volume), 5 hours with ANC on, and up to 9 hours if only ANC is used.

Are the earbuds waterproof?

They are certified IPX5, which protects against sweat and splashes. They are not designed to be submerged.

How to control music playback?

Press once on an earbud to play/pause. Press twice to skip to the next track, and three times to go back to the previous track.

How to answer or reject a call?

Press once on an earbud to answer or end a call. Press and hold for 3 seconds to reject a call.

How to use the voice assistant?

Touch and hold the right earbud to activate your phone's voice assistant (Google Assistant, Siri, etc.).

What do the LED indicators on the case mean?

Center LED: red (case charging), green (case charged), blinking red (low battery), solid green (case sufficiently full). Left/right LED: orange (earbuds charging), off (earbuds charged).

Things to keep in mind with HTC True Wireless Earbuds Plus

• HTC True Wireless Earbuds Plus should not be used in extreme temperatures.
  Before using the charging case for the first time, make sure to charge it using a 5 volt charger.

Pairing HTC True Wireless Earbuds with your phone

1. The earbuds will turn on automatically when you open the charging case.
2. On your phone, go to Settings, turn Bluetooth on, and then pair with "HTC Emo-1". Check your phone user guide to find out how to access Bluetooth settings.

Note:

• If you don't see the earbuds shown in the list, put them in the charging case. With the charging case open, repeatedly plug and unplug the USB Type-C cable thrice. You'll see the three LEDs (orange/green/orange) flash on and off 6 times, which means the earbuds have been reset.

• When the earbuds are on and haven't connected to any mobile device, they will continue to search for devices. The earbuds will turn off automatically after 10 minutes.

• Once paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to your mobile device when you open the charging case.

• When you're not using the earbuds, place them in the charging case to charge them. Recharge the case with a 5V charger periodically.

Controls:
