SET UP AND USE
Before rst use
Remove any scker,protecte foil or cover on your appliance.
Place your appliance on a at and stable surface.
Wash all accessories with dishwashing liquid and rinse them under warm water. Dry them with a dried and clean towel.
Speed variator:
a. Posion 0:Stop.
b. Posion MIN. to MAX.: connuous use and variable speed. Do not exceed the 4 minutes connuous use to avoid overheang the motor. Let the motor rest for 30 seconds before reusing it.
c. Posion pulse : intermittent operaoon. Do not exceed the 4 minutes connuous use to avoid overheang the motor. Let the motor rest for 30 seconds before reusing it.
Using the mixing bowl with its blades

- Set the drive sha A into the body unit.
- Insert the mixing bowl on the drive sha A and turn clockwise to safely lock it.
- Two opons following your desired preparaon:
a. Mixing and chopping
Insert the cung blade on the drive sha B then insert the drive sha B inside the mixing bowl.
Add pre-sliced meat into the bowl (max 300 grs):
- Raw or cooked meats, 40 seconds in speed MAX.
- Soup, 20 seconds in speed MAX.
Vegetables, 20 seconds in speed MIN.
b. Mixing and kneading
Insert the mixing plasc blade on the drive sha B then insert the drive sha B inside the mixing bowl.
Add your preparaon into the bowl as follows:
- Heavy dough (bread), 30 seconds in speed MAX..
Light dough (cakes), 2 minutes in speed MAX.
IMPORTANT: the max capacity for our is 300gr.
- Put the cover on the bowl then turn clockwise to lock it.
- Insert the food tube pusher into its locaon on the bowl cover. You can always add ingredients during your prepping mer by removing the food pusher.
- Plug your appliance into a power socket.
- Select your speed based on your recipe.
- At the end of your preparaon, follow these: stop and unplug your appliance, retrieve the mixing bowl from the body unit and retrieve the bowl cover.
IMPORTANT: Do not exceed the 4 minutes connuous use to avoid overheang the motor. Let the motor rest for 30 seconds before reusing it.

Using the blender
- Insert the blender into its locaon and urn clockwise to safely lock it. Pour your preparaon inside the blender.
- Put the cover on the bowl and turn clockwise to safely lock it.

Using the juicer

- Set the drive sha A into the body unit.
- Insert the mixing bowl on the drive sha A and turn clockwise to safely lock it.
- Insert the juicer body into the bowl.
- Put the juicer runner on top of the juicer body.
- Plug the appliance into a power socket.
- Put half of an orange on the runner, select speed MIN and press for 20 seconds.
- At the end of your preparaon, follow these: stop and unplug your appliance, retrieve the juicer from the bowl and retrieve the bowl from the unit.
Note: you can get 0,8L of juice without emptying the bowl. Think of rinsing the juicer liter every 0.2L.
IMPORTANT: Do not exceed the 4 minutes connuous use to avoid overheang the motor. Let the motor rest for 30 seconds before reusing it.
Using the emulsioning disc

- Set the drive sha A into the body unit.
- Insert the mixing bowl on the drive sha A and turn clockwise to safely lock it.
- Insert the drive sha B into the bowl.
- Add the emulsioning disc on top of the sha B. Then add your ingredients.
- Put the cover on the mixing bowl and turn clockwise to safely lock it.
- Insert the food tube pusher into its locaon on the bowl cover. You can always add ingredients during your prepping mer by removing the food pusher.
- Plug your appliance into a power socket.
- Select your speed based on your recipe:
- Liquid sauces, 50 seconds in speed MIN.
Solid sauces, 2 minutes in speed MAX. - At the end of your preparaon, follow these: stop and unplug your appliance, retrieve the mixing bowl from the body unit and retrieve the bowl cover.
Note: You can always add ingredients during your prepping mer by removing food pusher. Do not forget to stop the appliance while doing so.
Never use the emulsioning disc to prepare dough light or heavy as it will damage the disc. IMPORTANT: Do not exceed the 4 minutes connuous use to avoid overheang the motor. Let the motor rest for 30 seconds before reusing it.
Using the slicing blades
a. Assembling the blades

- Select your desired blades. Fix the hole at the end of disc into the holder pin.
- Press down the head of the disc into the holder.
- Overturn the holder and then press down the head of the disc together with right and le hand pollex
b. Funconing

- Set the drive sha A into the body unit.
- Insert the mixing bowl on the drive sha A and turn clockwise to safely lock it.
- Insert the blade holders into the bowl.
- Put the cover on the mixing bowl and turn clockwise to safely lock it.
- Insert the food tube pusher into its locaon on the bowl cover. You can always add ingredients during your prepping mer by removing the food pusher.
- Plug your appliance into a power socket.
- Select your speed based on your recipe: for slicing use MIN. speed and for scraping use the MAX. speed.
- At the end of your preparaon, follow these: stop and unplug your appliance, retrieve the mixing bowl from the body unit and retrieve the bowl cover.
Note: You can always add ingredients during your prepping mer by removing food pusher. Do not forget to stop the appliance while doing so.

Troubleshooting
Your appliance stop working, check:
- If it's well plugged in into a power socket.
- That all accessory is safely locked.
- That you did not exceed the MAX. capacity.

DANGER : Never repair yourself your appliance. Contact your aer sales services or qualified technician.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Aer using your appliance turn it o by seng the speed variator at 0.
- Unplug your appliance from the power socket.
- Ensure to always unplug your appliance before any cleaning operaon. Never put the motor unit into the dishwashing or under the water.
Cleaning the body motor unit:
Clean the outer surface with a so cloth (or sponge) on the surfaces of the appliance.
✓ Do not use a hard brush or any others cleaners to avoid scratching or damaging the appliance.
Cleaning the accessories:
- The accessories (bowl, covers, blades etc.) could be put inside a dishwashing machine. Use the low temperature to avoid damaging the accessories.
- For the accessories not compatible with dishwashing machine, you can wash them with a sponge and dishwashing liquid and rinse them.
To take out the heavy, pour hot water with dishwashing liquid into the bowl and let it rest for 30 min. then use a brush to clean it.
✓ Do not use a hard brush or any others cleaners to avoid scratching or damaging the appliance.
