IMPORTANT

Carefully read the instructions before using the mixer and save these instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with inner packaging. If you give this appliance to another person, include these instructions.

Warning

  • Check if the voltage on the appliance is the same as the voltage of the electric outlet.
  • Do not use if there is any damage to the plug, the cord or any other parts.
  • Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Always use the services of an authorized technician. To avoid risks only the manufacturer, an authorized service agent or a qualified person should change a faulty cable, replacing it with an identical one.
  • Keep the appliance and the power cord out of the reach of children.
  • Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Do not connect the appliance or use the control panel with wet hands.
  • Connect only to a grounded outlet. Always make sure the plug is inserted into the wall outlet properly.
  • Do not connect the appliance to an external timer switch.
  • Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as a tablecloth or curtains.

  • Do not use for more than 5 minutes continuously.
  • Do not use the whisks for more than 1 minute continuously.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Mixing whisks (9): used to make cakes, cookies, pie fillings and mashed potatoes.

Beating whisks (10): used to beat eggs, pastry cream, meringues, cheesecakes, mousses and soufflés.

Do not use the mixer to make very thick mixtures, such as fat or sugar creaming as it could damage the mixer.

Inserting the whisks

  • Check that the speed selector (4) is in the "0" position (OFF), then insert the whisks (9 or 10), push gently into sockets (11) to fit them in at the bottom of the unit until they are fixed into place.
  • Fit the mixer (1) in the mixer body stand (2) by sliding the front of the mixer on the tab on the front. Press gently on the top of the mixer body (2) to activate the locking mechanism.
  • Press the mixer release button (6) on the back of the body of the mixer and slide the mixer (1) backwards.
  • If used as a hand mixer, remove the mixer (1) from the stand by pressing the release button (6).
  • Plug the equipment into an electric outlet.

Mixture

  • Once the mixture is in the bowl (8), select the desired speed by moving the speed selector (4) with the thumb. The speed can be changed at any time - even while the mixer is in operation.
  • The bowl (8) will automatically rotate for hands-free operation.
  • To ensure that all ingredients are well mixed, use a spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl (8).

Removing the whisks

  • Unplug from the outlet.
  • Lift the mixer (1) by pressing the mixer release button (6).
  • Press the whisk release button (3) and remove them.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Turn off and scrape the bowl (8) with a spatula frequently.
  2. To beat eggs easier, they should be at room temperature.
  3. Before whisking egg whites, make sure there is no fat or egg yolks in the mixer bowl.
  4. Use cold ingredients for pastries unless your recipe specifies otherwise.

CLEANING
