How to turn the Soundcore Flare speaker on and off?

Press the power button (mark ⑥) to turn the speaker on or off. When turned on, it automatically connects to the last paired device.

How to pair the speaker via Bluetooth?

Press the Bluetooth button (mark ⑤) to enter pairing mode (flashing white indicator). Select 'Soundcore Flare' from your device's Bluetooth list. If pairing fails, remove the speaker from the Bluetooth history, place it within 90 cm, and try again.

How to use the True Wireless Stereo (TWS) function?

To pair two Soundcore Flare speakers, press the Bluetooth button on one speaker twice to enter TWS mode (double white flash). Make sure the two speakers are close together. Once connected, the indicator stays solid white for 5 seconds. Playback then splits into left and right channels.

What to do if the sound is distorted or of poor quality?

Check that there are no obstacles between the speaker and your device (optimal range: 20 m with clear line of sight). Move away from sources of interference. Reset EQ settings by holding the Bass Up button for 2 seconds.

How to change the light effects?

Press the light effects button (mark ④) to turn the lights on/off. Press repeatedly to cycle through the different modes. You can also use the Soundcore App to customize the effects.

Is the speaker waterproof?

Yes, the Soundcore Flare can be submerged in water at a maximum depth of one meter for 30 minutes. Caution: do not use outdoors during thunderstorms and do not submerge the ports (micro USB, jack).

How to charge the speaker and how long does it take?

Use the provided micro USB cable. Plug it into a 5 V 2 A power adapter. A solid red light indicates charging; it turns off when the battery is full. The charging time is about 3.5 hours.

Can the speaker be used while charging?

Yes, you can use the speaker while charging, but this may extend the overall charging time.

How to make a hands-free call?

During an incoming call, press the multifunction button (mark ③) to answer. Press again to hang up. To reject a call, hold the button for 2 seconds. You can also switch the audio source between the speaker and the phone.

What to do if the speaker no longer turns on or does not charge?

Check that the USB cable and adapter are functional. Try another certified cable. If the problem persists, reset the speaker by holding the power button for 10 seconds. As a last resort, contact Soundcore customer service.

When turned on, Soundcore Flare will automatically connect to the last connected device if available. If not, press the Bluetooth pairing button to activate pairing mode.

To pair a different device, press the Bluetooth button to re-enter pairing mode. Then repeat the pairing steps.

Having connection problems? Remove Soundcore Flare from your device's Bluetooth history and ensure it's less than 3 feet away. Then try pairing again. To get the best sound quality, make sure there is a clear line of sight between the connected device and your speaker.

Plugging in an audio cable will automatically switch to AUX mode. When using AUX mode, control audio playback via the connected device.

Disconnect your speaker from the charger when fully charged. Do not charge your speaker for extended periods. When not in use, store your speaker in a cool place.
