3. Initial use
Take the appliance out of the packaging and remove all the packaging material. Clean the blender jar and the blade unit. You can clean the blender jar and the blender lid in the dishwasher or in soapy water. The blade unit is not suitable for dishwashers. Do not use any aggressive or strong cleaning agents.

The appliance can be operated only if the blender jar is fixed in place. Make sure the container is properly fixed. Only then can the appliance be started.
6. Brief operation
The appliance is designed only for brief periods of operation. You can use the blender continuously for about 2-3 minutes. After this time, you must allow the motor to cool down for approx. 10-15 minutes.
7. Operating controls

Turn the knob to the position "OFF" to switch off the appliance.
The speed increases if you turn the knob towards "Max". The speed decreases if you turn the knob towards "Min". If you want to use a program mode, then press one of the program buttons to start the corresponding program.

Notes on operation:
- You can press "PULSE" at any time to increase the motor speed to maximum. If you do not use the appliance for 3 minutes, it switches off automatically. Allow it to cool down completely before using it again.
- Press the "PULSE" button during the "ICE CRUSH" and "SMOOOTHIE" programs and release it to end the process prematurely. The appliance switches to standby mode.
- Pressing the "ICE CRUSH" and "SMOOOTHIE" buttons does not affect the operation of the "Speed knob". Press the "PULSE" button and release it again or turn the "Speed knob" to the "OFF" position to end the program prematurely during operation.
- The speed of the motor unit is changed according to the setting of the "Speed knob" by turning the "Speed knob" during the "ICE CRUSH" and "SMOOTHIE" programs. Then turn the knob to the OFF position to stop the operation.
- Turn the "Speed knob" to OFF position to stop a program during operation and to switch off the appliance.
8. Initial use
Connect the power plug of the appliance into a properly installed power socket.
Place the blender jar with the blade unit on the base unit. (Make sure that the jar is correctly placed on the safety switch (seen from the front: Handle to the right).

Now open the top of the blender jar and put in the required ingredients. The refill cap can be removed from the lid.

Do not use dry ingredients and ensure that there is enough liquid in the blender jar. Add liquid if required.
Select the required operating mode. The blender will then start to blend the ingredients.

Adhere to the prescribed operating time. Do not exceed the blending time under any circumstances.
After completing the blending process, please remove the blending jar from the base unit and disconnect the plug from the socket.

Note: The appliance is designed only for brief periods of operation. Allow the appliance to cool down for approx. 2 or 3 minutes of continuous operation before you reuse it (about 10-15 minutes)!
9. Cleaning and Care
Unplug the power cord from the mains outlet. Clean the base unit with a slightly dampened soft cloth. Caution! Do not use liquids to clean the base unit and the power connections. Do not use any aggressive, strong or abrasive cleaning agents. You can clean the blender jar, the lid and the blade unit in soapy water. The blender jar and the lid can also be cleaned in a dishwasher.
To clean the appliance quickly and immediately after use, fill the blender jar with warm water up to about 60% , add some detergent and let the appliance run briefly. Then, take the blender jar and shake it. Finally, rinse only the blender jar and the blade unit using clean water until all residue and traces of the detergent are removed. Allow all parts of the appliance to dry completely!
