How to pair the Band 2 Pro with my phone?

Download and install the Huawei Wear app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Open the app, follow the on-screen instructions, then touch the touch button on the bracelet to confirm pairing.

How to charge the bracelet?

Insert the protruding part of the charging dock (model AF33-1) into the positioning hole of the bracelet, then fasten the buckle. The battery level will display on the screen. Wipe the charging port before each charge to avoid short circuits.

Is the Band 2 Pro waterproof?

The bracelet has been tested for water and dust resistance in certain environments. However, avoid immersing it in hot water or exposing it to high-pressure water jets. The warranty does not cover water damage.

What to do if the bracelet screen flickers or goes black?

Connect the bracelet to the charger to restart it automatically. If the problem persists, check that the metal contacts on the charging port are clean and dry.

How long does the battery last?

Typical battery life is about 7 to 14 days depending on usage (activity, notifications, heart rate). The battery charges in about 1 to 2 hours.

Can I wear the Band 2 Pro in the shower?

The bracelet is resistant to rain and splashes, but it is not recommended for showering or swimming due to water pressure and soaps.

How to update the bracelet software?

Updates are released via the Huawei Wear app. When an update is available, a notification appears in the app. Follow the instructions to download and install the update on the bracelet.

Does the bracelet work with all smartphones?

The Band 2 Pro is compatible with smartphones running Android (version 4.4 or later) and iOS (version 9.0 or later) via the Huawei Wear app.

How to clean the bracelet?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the bracelet. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemicals. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.

What to do if the bracelet does not connect to the phone?

Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the Huawei Wear app is up to date. Restart the bracelet by connecting it to the charger. If the problem persists, reset the bracelet in the app settings.

1. Powering on or restarting automatically after charging

Insert the protruding part of the charging cradle into the positioning hole of the band strap, then fasten the buckle. The battery level will be displayed on the screen.

To download and install the Huawei Wear app, scan the QR code on the right, or search for Huawei Wear in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

3. Pairing your band with your phone

To pair the band with your phone, follow the onscreen instructions in the Huawei Wear app and touch the touch-sensitive button on your band to pair.

Blasting Caps and Areas

Turn off your mobile phone or wireless device when in a blasting area or in areas posted turn off "two-way radios" or "electronic devices" to avoid interfering with blasting operations.

Operation and safety

• Using an unapproved or incompatible power adapter, charger or battery may cause fire, explosion or other hazards.
• Ideal temperatures are -10^ to +45^ .
• Some wireless devices may affect the performance of hearing aids or pacemakers. Consult your service provider for more information.
• Pacemaker manufacturers recommend that a minimum distance of 15 cm be

maintained between a device and a pacemaker to prevent potential interference with the pacemaker. If using a pacemaker, hold the device on the side opposite the pacemaker and do not carry the device in your front pocket.

- Keep the device and the battery away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Do not place them on or in heating devices, such as microwave ovens, stoves, or radiators.

- Observe local laws and regulations while using the device. To reduce the risk of accidents, do not use your wireless device while driving.
