How to assemble the two blades before use?

Hold the blades by the non-cutting ends. Attach them by sliding the rivet of one into the opening of the other. The guards should be on the outside.

How to attach the blades to the motor block?

Insert the ends of the blades (cutting edge down) fully into the motor block while pinching the guards. Release to clip into place (click).

How to use the knife to slice food?

Plug in the appliance, the indicator light turns on. Press the switch, place the blades on the food and press to slice.

Can you cut frozen food?

Yes, use the special frozen food blades if provided. Move back and forth. Do not use for more than 10 minutes continuously.

How to clean the blades?

Separate the blades by sliding them apart. Wash with soapy water or in the dishwasher, rinse and dry before storing in the sheath.

How to eject the blades after use?

First unplug the appliance. Press the ejection button, then pinch the guards and pull to remove the blades.

What to do if the indicator light stays on after turning off?

The indicator light signals that you must unplug the appliance before removing the blades. Follow this instruction.

Can I use an extension cord?

Yes, but check that it is in perfect condition and suitable for the appliance's power.

How to store the appliance?

Store the blades in the plastic sheath after cleaning. Store the motor block in a dry place.

1. Take the two knives by their non-cutting ends.

Hook the two knives together by sliding the rivet of one of them into the opening of the other (fig. 1). The protections must be outside the knives.

1. With the appliance unplugged, introduce the ends of the knives fully (cutting edge downwards) into the motor unit (4) while pinching the protections (5)

(fig. 2). Once in place, release pressure to allow the knives to clip into place. When this happens, you will hear a slight click.

1. To slice with standard knives (fig. 3):

Plug in the appliance. The light (2) will come on. Start by pressing switch (1).

Place the knives on the food to be sliced and press (diyn3).

1. To slice with frozen products (fig. 4) (according to model):

Plug in the appliance. The light (2) will come on. Start by pressing switch (1).

Place the knives on the food to be sliced and draw backwards and forwards t ease cutting.

Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 10 minutes.

Unplug the appliance before removing the knives. Please keep children away from the appliance and the knives.

1. To disassemble the knives, UNPLUG the appliance; press the knife ejection button (3), take the knives, pinching the protections (5) and pull to remove them from the motor unifig. 5).

Cleaning

• Slide the knives to separate them.
• Wash with soapy water, rinse and wipe before storing them in their plastic sheaths.
• Knives can be washed in the dishwasher.
