The Manhattan 1080p HDMI KVM over IP Extender Kit lets you access any computer (or other HDMI source) from a keyboard, mouse and display up to 120m (394 ft.) away. You can either make a direct connection through a single RJ45 Ethernet cable (Cat6 or higher recommended for maximum range and performance) or you connect it to a switch in your existing network to overcome distance limitations (see Mode diagrams for sample setups).

The kit includes mounting brackets and screws to install the units on a wall or ceiling. First, use the screws to fasten the brackets to the units; then use the screws to fasten the units to the wall or ceiling.

Simple Mode
Allocation Mode

1 HDMI IN: Connect input source.
2 HDMI OUT (both units): Connect output display/projector at sender side for loop out and at receiver side for remote out.
3 USB/PC: Connect to computer source to control it through Receiver's USB ports.
4 Power LED: lights when power is connected;
USB: lights when connected

to a computer.

5 IR TX: Connect IR Transmitter (TX) to send IR remote signal to source; place it in line of sight to source sensor.
6 LAN TX / LAN RX: Use Cat6 cable to connect to units to each other or to a switch, depending on desired setup (green LED: lit = power, off = no power; yellow LED: slow flashing = no video signal; fast flashing = video signal).

7 USB: In Allocation Mode, press to control source at selected receiver.
8 Connect USB keyboard and mouse.
9 POWER LED: lights when power is connected; Keyboard LED: lights when connected to keyboard; Mouse LED: lights when connected to mouse.

10 IR RX: Connect IR Receiver (RX) to receive IR remote signal at display location; place it in line of sight to remote.
