Sparks (arcing) are usually caused by using metal utensils or containers with metal trim. Remove any metal and use only microwave-safe utensils. Also ensure the oven is not empty during operation.
How to clean the inside of the microwave?
First unplug the appliance. Wipe the internal walls with a soft cloth soaked in soapy water (mild detergent). Rinse and dry. Never use scouring powder or abrasive pads. Regularly clean the turntable and rotating ring with warm soapy water.
What is the maximum cooking power?
The maximum output power is 1100 W (according to IEC 60705). You can adjust the power to 10 levels (from 10% to 100%) depending on the food.
How to activate child lock?
Press the STOP/CLEAR key, then hold down the START/ENTER key until "LOCKED" appears on the screen and you hear two beeps. To deactivate, repeat the same operation.
Can you cook eggs in their shell?
No, never cook eggs in their shell in the microwave: they would explode due to pressure buildup. For poached or scrambled eggs, pierce the yolk before cooking.
How to quickly defrost meat?
