Instruction manual
Dear breastfeeding mother,
In order to use this Electric Breast Pump effectively and safely, please read this manual carefully, and keep it in a safe place.
Important information
- Please consult your doctor, lactation consultant, midwife or other breast feeding specialist to identify whether you are a suitable candidate for breastfeeding using breast pump.
- Never immerse the motor unit and AC adapter in water under any circumstances. intelligent
- Use only the original attachments supplied by the manufacturer, as only this will ensure proper functioning of the pump.
- If the pump does not function properly, any repairs must be carried out by professional staff
- Otherwise all guarantee claims are invalid.
- If the breast milk is for a premature baby, be sure to follow your doctor's instructions.
- Before using the breast pump please ensure that all components are clean and have been sterilized.
General information
It is advisable to find a quiet, comfortable place where you can pump breast milk in a relaxed atmosphere without being disturbed.
Don't be surprised if the milk takes a little longer to start flowing properly at first. This is
nothing unusual. In fact it is quite normal, since as a rule:
Breast milk production adjusts to suit daily requirements.
The daily amount required by infants can vary considerably. For this reason mothers are often recommended to drink as much as possible at first, in order to stimulate milk production.
You should pump milk first from one breast, then from the other. However, pumping should not exceed 7 minutes for each breast.
Breast massage preparation
Some Mothers may have difficulty in expressing milk either through using a manual breast pump or an Electric Pump. Using hot compresses with the massage method can assist in opening the mammary glands contributing to the flow of breast milk.
A hot compression can be achieved as follows:
- Immerse a clean towel in warm water (60 - 70^)
- Carefully squeeze out the excess water out of the towel.
- Place the towel flat over your breasts until the towel cools down after a few minutes.
- Repeat steps 1-3 up to 4 times as required.

-
After the hot compression has been completed, massaging the breasts may assist with opening the mammary glands.
-
Start by placing your thumb and index finger around the base of the nipple and gently massage up and down the nipple about 5-6 times for each nipple.

- Move to the breast area and gently massage in a circular movement using four fingers flat and your thumb as shown in the picture. Stop after 5-6 rotations on each breast.

Note: If you experience pain during massaging or hot compression please stop immediately
and seek medical advice.

I - Clean and Sterilize your pump
Please clean and sterilize your pump before first usage.
- Pull the pump motor and put it away from water on a dry place. Do not wash this part or immerse in the water. Use only a soft moist cloth to clean this part. Separate all parts, a.c.d.e.f.g., then wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse them. Do not use antibacterial or abrasive cleaners/detergents.
- Sterilize all parts in steam sterilizer, or by boiling for 10 minutes. If a steam sterilizer is used, the pump will remain sterile in the sterilizer for minimum 4 hours, provided the lid is not removed.
Important: NEVER WASH OR STERILIZE the pump motor. You can wipe it using a soft cloth.
Suggestion
- We recommend to use steam sterilizer. Firstly, boiling can damage the product parts. Secondly, this unscientific method cannot achieve sterilizing all surface of the parts (Parts float on the surface of the boiling water during the process, so boiling water cannot reach all surface to sterilize).
- We do not suggest to sterilize after every usage. Excessive disinfection and cleaning could easily lead to reduce the life of the breast pump. Clean the breast pomp after every usage but only sterilize it once in a day (Recommend to sterilize it at night).
(Important! If the breast pump will not be used for a long time, clean all parts and dry before store it.
II - Charging Pump Motor
Pump motor parts must be charged before usage. When charging the breast pump, there will be a red light. After the device is fully charged, light is turned off and the device is ready to use. A fully charged device can be used for 2,5 hours.

III - Assemble your pump
Please wash your hands before assembling your breast pump.
- Insert the Diaphragm(d) into the Breast Shield (a)
- Insert the Valve (c) into the Breast Shield (a) being sure that it fits securely around the edge. (Important! When the valve is lost or not properly installed, the breast pump will not be able to use effectively)
- Insert the feeding bottle (f) into the Breast Shield (a) by rotating it gently to clockwise direction, be sure that it fits securely into the pump body thread.
- Place the Pump Motor(b) into the Breast Shield (a), by rotating gently to clockwise direction until it is securely in place. Breast pump can be used then.
- To make the breast pump stand firmly, insert the feeding bottle into the base.

V. Hints to help you succeed
Using a breast pump takes practice. You may need to make several attempts before you succeed.
- Choose a quiet time when you are not rushed and unlikely to be disturbed.
-
Breast position is usually sitting back and perpendicular to the ground. Please put in your back a comfortable cushion before milking. Sitting may make all milking process more relax and more comfortable. Make sure you have a glass of water nearby; expressing can be a thirsty work.
-
Placing a warm cloth on your breasts for a few minutes before starting pumping can also encourage your milk flow and soothe painful breasts.
- Warmth and relaxation can help, so you might like to try expressing after a warm bath or shower.
- Try to express from one breast while your baby is feeding from the other, or continue expressing just after a feed.
- Repositioning the pump on your breast from time to time can help stimulate your milk ducts.
Practice with your pump to find the best pumping technique for you. If the process is causing pain in your breast, stop immediately and consult a doctor at once.
- Breast pump is a tool to help postpartum women to ease the pain and a helper to extend the breastfeeding time. Some women are mother for the first time, mammary glands may not be opened completely. Some of them suffer from congenital nipple inversion, or milk water shortage. So we suggest getting a confirmation from your professional healthcare advisor that the mammary glands are really smooth before buying and using a breast pump. Do not blindly buy a breast pump as a device to open milk.
VI. How to store the milk
- Only milk collected with a sterile pump should be stored and use to feed your baby.
- Breast milk stored in the baby bottle warmer in 40^ can be used to feed your baby within 4 hours.
- If you are storing freshly expressed milk, please seal the milk, breast milk can be stored 10 hours in room temperature in 19 - 25^
- Expressed breast milk can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours (not in the door) or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Frozen breast milk must thaw firstly in the refrigerator naturally. If there is no
time, can soak and thaw in the kettle. After thawing, breast milk can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
-
NEVER refreeze breast milk.
-
Frozen breast milk can be heated in warm water or heated with baby bottle warmer.
(Never heat milk in a microwave as this may destroy valuable nutrients and antibodies. In addition, the uneven heating may cause hot spots in the liquid which could cause burns in the throat. Never immerse a frozen milk container in boiling water as this may cause it to crack/split. Never put boiling water directly into a feeding bottle, allow cooling for around 20 minutes before filling.)
VII. Troubleshooting Guide
Warning
Closed bottles filled with breast milk must not be placed in a microwave oven or deepfreeze.
The strong heating/cooling could cause the bottle to explode.
Uneven heating can result in scalding.
